“AC wasn't working, stopped overnight. I originally put in a request with a big AC company in the morning. Got a call a few hours later from someone to schedule an appointment but they wouldn't be able to come out same day. Earliest was more than 30 days out. My wife put in request with Blue Star around 2 o'clock and Alec called me within 15 minutes. He asked about the issue, asked follow up questions and even helped troubleshoot over the phone. This all took about 10 minutes and well worth the time. A few hours later he was at the house and short time after that the AC was working, well before the start of Game 3!
