“For the past month, I've been having furnace problems. I had used another company and was extremely disappointed. Was given contact info for Burleson. Doug and Mason came out and did a fantastic job. Extremely pleased with the outcome. Will def use them again and recommend them.”

“Pretty disappointed since we've used them before. Long story short, wife called in because our downstairs unit smelled like a rodent died inside of it. Our upstairs unit had no smell. Guy shows up, blocks my wife in our driveway, as well as the side walk, and leaves his truck like this. (Picture attached) shows up looking very unprofessional (picture attached). Spends 20 total mins at out home, including the time it takes him to get tools, go up stairs, in the attic and everything.... says "I didn't find anything".. charges $49.99 and leaves. He did nothing but take the side cover off the attic unit, and put it back on. Didn't look in any ducts, didn't do look in the vents, nothing. Pretty disappointed!!”

Less than 30 mins later she called back to let me know someone was on their way and it seemed like he was there 5 mins later. Nick was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. From Lisa working to get is a timely and comfortable appointment time to seeing a brand new clean truck pull up with Mike, he knows his stuff, technician.
