“Great service. Read to the bottom for how a possible attic fire was averted. Coy fixed our furnace the same day it quit working. But, the amazing part was Coy noticed some blackening on the roof decking and realized the furnace flue pipe was nolonger connected at the joint and the part that went thru the roof had been shifted, probably when the roof was redone during COVID. Coy reattached the pipe at the joint, sealed it on the roof and secured it so it wouldn’t move in high winds. He also checked all our other pipes. This wasn’t part of his job but we are so grateful that he took the time to make sure we could safely stay in our house. This is a company that takes pride in their work and still believes in doing the right thing.”
