Deep Creek Hvac Llc

Deep Creek Hvac Llc runs as a family owned and operated business based in Wise County, Texas. They have handled heating, ventilation, and air conditioning work since 2014, serving both homes and commercial spots with a focus on solid system design and reliable installs. The owners stay involved in the day to day to keep standards high and build steady ties with local customers who need equipment that stands up to Texas weather patterns. This setup lets them cover everything from routine service calls to full replacements without cutting corners on the work.

They respond to urgent no heat situations even on weekends when temperatures drop hard, sending crews to fix frozen propane regulators and get systems back online before homes stay cold too long. Damon and his team handle complete new HVAC installs, walking through options with Missy so homeowners pick the right setup for their space. When issues return after an initial fix, the owners head out in person to sort it. Techs show up ready to work, communicate clearly on what needs doing, and finish jobs like regulator repairs or full system swaps without leaving loose ends.

Homeowners keep pointing to the fast call backs, clean results on installs and repairs, and straightforward updates throughout each job as the reasons these crews stand out. That pattern of quick action, careful workmanship, and open talk shows up again across dozens of calls for both emergency fixes and planned work. DIRT Score 4.87 from 50 reviews on Finds.

“Our heat went out on a weekend when it was 20 degrees below zero. I called every local HVAC company in the area, and because of the extreme cold, everyone was overwhelmed with no-heat emergencies. Most of the companies I contacted treated me like an inconvenience. Missy at Deep Creek Lake HVAC Solutions was completely different. Even though they were fully booked and unable to send a technician, she still took the time to help me try to source the part I needed so we could get heat back in our home. She went out of her way to help when she had no obligation to do so. That level of care and customer service is rare, especially in a stressful situation like ours. Deep Creek Lake HVAC Solutions restored my confidence in service-based businesses. I cannot recommend them enough.”

“We recently had Damon and his crew install a complete new hvac system in our home. Damon and Missy were a pleasure to work with. They communicated all our options up front and helped us decide which system would be best for us. The staff that arrived to assist were very professional and thorough, explaining every step throughout the process taking care to be respectful of our home. They surely made the process as easy as possible. We highly recommend them and the system works beautifully.”

“We had problems with our propane regulators freezing last week and they were always quick to respond to my calls and to come out to resolve the problem. Technicians came out the first time and fixed it but when they froze again several days later the owners came out personally. Missy and Damon are the best and I would recommend their company without hesitation!”

“Your team did an outstanding job today! They were professional, courteous, and communicated well with us. We are beyond happy with their service. Highly recommend DCL HVAC!!!”

“I had reached out shortly before New Years Eve when my furnace began having issues and would start and stop frequently. With the freezing cold temperatures we were experiencing, it was not an ideal situation. I spoke with Missy and Damon who were awesome about getting me squeezed in that day. John and Chuck showed up, diagnosed and fixed the issues and had everything back up running again in no time. This will be the only call I make in the future if I need service. Thanks again.”
