“Miguel was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He came to change the filter on our Bosch air conditioning system and took the time to explain how the filter works. He also showed us what it looked like after six months of use, which was very helpful and informative. We really appreciated his excellent service and attention to detail. He made several recommendations to improve the efficiency and air quality of my air conditioning system. “First off, when I initially called about my air handler making noise they sent Rodolfo out and he was great at explaining what was going on and what needed to be done. Ultimately it didn't make much sense to replace just the air handler on such an older system so I decided to go ahead and spring for a new system. The next day Jason and Peterson came out and did a great job installing the new system and explaining everything. The made the whole process smooth and even entertained my kids asking them a million questions and telling them their whole life stories. Only two other services were needed to be completed electronic air filter and whole home surge protector. Edwin and Nestor were in and out in hardly any time at all. Very great job done by all parties involved.”
