“We were experiencing variance with our air conditioning and an organization came to inspect. They overwhelmed us with their pricing and push towards a new unit. Our system is five years old and they had some wild stories to tell. My wife was given a suggestion at work about TMAC Carlos that afternoon. We called in the morning to see if Carlos was available and he answered the phone and said he would be by that day. He was there within hours and took charge from the beginning by adding coolant at a reasonable price and did the thorough inspection the other guy said he couldn't. "Very small leak in coil that is difficult to pinpoint". Carlos is returning in 2 weeks in hopes of finding the leak, possibly requiring dye. We are impressed with Carlos' fix it and can do attitude. We have confidence in Carlos and comfortable with his demeanor. We will let you know what we find out.”
