“We have used Hughes Appliance for years, and they have always been fast, friendly, honest, and reasonably priced. Most recently, our AC compressor went out during the Texas heat, and they even called to ask if we needed a loaner window unit while ours was being repaired. Who does that anymore? That level of customer service is truly above and beyond. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers the way they do. Good, honest people who stand behind their work. We highly recommend Hughes Appliance to anyone needing appliance or HVAC service!”

“I called Hughes about my fridge no longer cooling. They could've sent a tech out and charged me money to address the issue, but instead they gave me advice over the phone on how to remedy the issue, and the advised to call back if that didn't work. Their solution did fix my issue and I ended not having to spend a dime. I really appreciate their honesty and integrity.”

“Today I came to Hughes Appliances to look for a washer and dryer for my apartment. An older man came over to talk to me about them and I asked him what the payment plan options were. He told me that there is a card I could get through Synchrony to pay it off. I asked him if they would do a hard pull on my credit to check to see if I would be approved for it. He said “I don’t know and what happens after you apply is none of my business.” … okay? I told him I would have to think about it, he then says “Oh you women, you always have to think about things. I’m tired of it. Everything went downhill after Eve.” I laugh because I’m uncomfortable. He then asks if I “have anyone to go home to” I said no. He asked “why does it matter then?” I don’t know if this man’s degrading sales tactic works on people, but it definitely didn’t work on me. I can take a joke but none of his were funny. I won’t be coming back.”

“Hate that my appliances need parts from time to time. However, service is great. We have Ann old dryer and it broke. Called my warrant service and they claimed parts were on order. I got tired of waiting. Called Hughes. One part wasn't in stock. So, I ordered at 3:30 pm. Next day, all parts waiting on pick up. Orderd on a Thursday. Picked up parts on Friday. I fixed my dryer on Saturday. Three weeks later my ex-warranty Company called and wanted to schedule the repair. I had already canceled their services and replaced them with another warranty company. This is third time, I've used Hughes appliance parts. They do offer repair service and sell new appliances as well. They are always very friendly and helpful.”
