What Customers Say

This company installed a new ac/ heat system in our home. The experience was very pleasant and.very professional. Chase Sloan came out and gave us a quote and explained all the options to meet our needs. We chose his suggestion and when they came to install unit , they sent Robbie and Cade. They were polite, very professional and acted like they were installing equipment in their own home . It is working great so far, only two weeks old. I would recommend Ray Robert service and this team for your Ac needs.

My system started to sound different in our home. We scheduled a service call and not only were Robbie and Cade very informative, accommodating but they were compassionate towards the issues at hand. Unfortunately, the system we have is old and is in need of a new one. It is just one of many things that come with homeownership. Now it is just time for us to make a decision from here.

Very pleasant. Good work. Jacob and Brayden did an excellent job. Very pleasant guys to work with. They explained everything. Gave me the price up front no surprises. Would recommend Ray Robert's in the future. Easy to work with. 5 stars for sure

We had Ray Roberts Service come out on 9/17/2024 shortly after moving into our home for an A/C tune-up and maintenance. We paid $417 total, which included a yearly maintenance agreement. At the time, we explained that we would be remodeling and likely wouldn’t be ready for another visit until later. We were assured that this would not be a problem and that we could use the maintenance when we were ready. Throughout 2025, I received several follow-up calls, and each time I explained we were still working on the house and would call when finished. In February 2026, I finally called to schedule service and asked to use the maintenance we had already paid for. Initially, I was told no, but after explaining the situation, the representative said she would get approval. She later called back and said they would come out, but we would have to pay for anything additional. When the technicians arrived, they spent about 30 minutes at the house and did not perform any actual maintenance. Instead, they told us we needed new capacitors costing around $300 each. When we said we wanted a second opinion, they left without completing any service. I called the office to file a complaint and was told someone would follow up with me. It has now been over a week, and no one has reached out. We then contacted another A/C company, who identified several issues and completed all necessary repairs for around $500 total—far less than what we were quoted, and with actual work performed. Overall, this was a frustrating experience. We paid for a maintenance agreement that was not honored as expected, received inconsistent communication, and ultimately no service was performed during the follow-up visit. I would not recommend Ray Roberts Service based on our experience

Myself and my landlord at the time called them to come out and look at the AC unit. When the young man got there I informed him that I was in a but of a hurry due to me moving and needing to get my kids off the bus and pick my husband up from 30 mins away. The young man did his work quickly and then we spoke about contacting the landlord and he left. Once my landlord spoke to them they lied to him on me and said that I was hard to deal with and made things difficult for them. And all I did was answer the guys questions and show him where everything was. I will not use them or recommend them to anyone because if they will lie about something like that then they will lie to make a profit!
