Many companies and contractors are busy and thus see you and your house as another job to rush through to get paid, but not Prestige. “Had a semi-annual maintenance call last week. Both guys that came out were both friendly, however one went in the attic and one stayed on the ground. The one on the ground discovered that the fan on the unit was not functioning correctly. I explained that I have not had any problems at all but they said the fan was indeed bad after further tests. So they put everything back together and would call with a quote to replace the fan motor. I thought about this for a while and after the rain passed by I went out to just look at the outside unit myself. I pulled the maintenance panel off to inspect the wiring and discovered that I had a loose contact and followed the wire to the fan motor. Then I turned the power off to the unit and connected the wire back to the capacitor and restored power to the unit. The fan motor turned right on without any hesitation that I was told about on their inspection. I power cycled the unit a few times and didn't see any problems at all. End story is that I didnt need to pay $700 for a new fan and I just had a loose wire. I called the gentleman that came out and he did apologize that he didnt inspect all the work completed and took full responsibility for ”

“I have an annual contract with Prestige Heating and Air that I signed last year for maintenance. It was very easy to schedule the first of 2 maintenance visits in preparation for summer. They arrived early in the window and were at home for about 2 hours. They tested and cleaned the 2 ACs and gave me a full report and recommendations at the end. They informed but were not pushy. I recommend Prestige for the work performed and we will see how the ACs work during the summer.”

Eli arrived on time, dressed very professionally, including shoe covers, something that has been forgotten as a courtesy by most other service providers who trek mud into the home. Eli was extremely professional and courteous, always addressing me as sir, which is not expected these days, but is very admirable, since I was in the hospitality business for over 4 decades and something I was taught and somehow has been forgotten again in today’s day. The office staff was nice and accommodating with installation scheduling. Elier and Eli installed a mini split AC and they were punctual, knowledgeable and consistently maintained a friendly, polite attitude. The job was done beautifully (I have great appreciation for pros that do work with precision and attention to detail) and they cleaned up the worksite leaving no evidence installation had occurred. We enjoyed meeting Chris, owner, who popped by a couple of times to drop off materials and check out progress.
