They got a technician out to my house very quick, it was next day early in the morning because sadly I noticed my AC was going out pretty late in the day like 6pm or so, so I greatly appreciate them getting someone out as quickly as they could. The technician was personable and very knowledgeable! He talked me through the unit as he trouble shooted it and was fine with me asking questions. He didn't put me down for stupid questions either as it's my first time dealing with an AC unit. I feel that the price for the diagnosis was plenty reasonable and we talked some numbers about the repair for it, which compared well to some basic Google searches for similar style repairs on units similar to mine, and while there's probably some that would offer it for cheaper”
