“My husband and I recently moved to the Columbus area and decided we were going to make an effort to support local businesses. When we needed some Freon added to a unit, everyone said call Kotrla, so we did. They told us they didn't have time for such a small job and referred us to someone out of Katy that they highly recommended. The person they referred us to made an appointment that he never showed up for and when my husband called him to see what was going on, he was very, very rude to my husband. Needless to say, we wound up using someone else, who was friendly, courteous, and punctual.”

“They answered my call, showed up within an hour and fixed my problem fast. Honest, friendly and fair. Cheap fix, they identified it immediately and got my system running quickly.”

“For quality and a fast response call Kotrola!”
