“Very knowledgeable and friendly. They took my challenge with prompt consideration, AJ said he had another call to take but would be at my house later at a certain time. When that time came and he had not arrived yet, he called and apologized and moved the time frame ahead. Sure enough he showed up at that time, ready for business and happy to make suggestions or give solutions after inspection. GREAT JOB!!! I would recommend him and his team and the company for sure!! Thank you for meaning what you say, clarifying concerns I had, and being a man of your word. Thank you.”

“So I called Town and country off of some of the reviews I saw but realized that the reviews were localized by their automated system that sends you text messages every day after someone shows up to do the repair. Now I have not been billed yet from Town and country but I would like to say Andrew is very nice and all but he came looked at my washer and said it was completely clogged up from hard water and that I needed to get a new washer. I had already called Elite Appliance repair and they called me back and said they would come look at my washer and after I told them what it was doing Greg new exactly what was going on and scheduled to come by and change out my discharge pump inside my washer. It was not clogged up at all like Andrew from Town and Country said. The pump motor was bad. Greg with Elite Appliance repair fixed my washer that Andrew from Town and Country said was clogged up and garbage. It is very clear to me that Andrew from Town And Country does not have the experience nor the expertise to be doing this line of work. If you want your appliance repaired call Elite Appliance Repair. If you want someone to come look at your appliance and tell you that it’s not worth repairing and you need to purchase a new one call Town and Country. Bottom line.”

He showed up on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his customers.
