“I am very disappointed about the service i recd from your company, I have used ur service before and was satisfied, that’s why i called you again. Jose changed the capacitor, the system started and was blowing cool air for few minutes after he left, soon after it was blowing hot air and the temp started to rise, again, same problem still existed. I called and requested that you send someone else, second opinion and you sent Jose back, he was unable to resolve the issue, on second visit he went up in attic to check, he didn’t go up there before, he told me i needed a compressor Misdiagnosis? i had to spend two days in a hotel the temperature reached 96. Yes, it’s an older unit and may need replacement at some point, undeniably, i get it. I called another company and they replaced motor”

At one point, I called from a different number and my call was picked up immediately, which strongly suggests my calls were being screened. I understand delays happen, especially when parts need to come from out of town, but there was no proactive communication at any point. My tenants were without AC for two days during a heat wave, and as an out-of-state owner, I rely on timely updates. The quality of the repair was good, but the lack of communication was frustrating and did not meet expectations.”
