“After contacting several insulators in Abilene ,I decided on king because of our phone conversation and how personable they were. I soon found out I had indeed made the right decision contracting them for the job. The job I needed done was Hugh in my opinion, But Rodney assured me that it was nothing they couldn't handle in a timely matter and after speaking to Matt and the rest of the crew I was Comfortable enough to sign them so they could get started. I couldn't have been more please. They were always on schedule and if they saw that something wasn't going to work the way I wanted they consulted me before continuing. I advise anyone who needs this sort of job done to talk to these guys first.”

“Been trying to get a quote and get my exterior walls insulated for about half a year now. (Seriously, since July 2022. Its the beginning of February now.) Owner tells me he can come by later and look/give me an estimate and to call him back. Everytime I do call him back, he says they've been so busy, backed up, didn't get to get around to it, etc. That's fine, I understand. He postpones the quote. He says he charges a dollar per sq ft so I wanted to use him, especially with the good reviews backing him. This goes on for months. Last call I did was in January.. I asked about it.. again. He says he's been so busy.. then hangs up on me. I try calling him back but no answer. I gave them half a year for this? If I had known he would've done this, I wouldn't have wasted my time.”
