“A company that cares about communication. When I started calling around to others, my shingles were just loose from the heavy wind storms. Waited for calls or emails. No responses at all. Simple call back with "We are busy at this time" would have saved the headache. I called Lara's Service group when my roof corner was nearly bare. I got called back. Prompt service. Clear expectations. Fair and reasonable pricing! Saved me worst damage down the road. The work looks great. Thank you for being open with communication. I will call them first and foremost for the future!”

“Hired Lara’s Services around July of 2024. It took them 3 weeks with 3 different crews. It is now the end of November. It still leaks to this day I have called and texted them they have ignored me and not answered. They had to have the insurance check in my name of $30,000 up front before they started this. The damage was due to a tornado that hit our area in Robert Lee, Texas. Also a hole in the side of my mobile home did not get fixed. They put silver tape on it. I am 81 years old struggling with breast cancer and a widow and I feel I was not treated right. A very disturbing thing happened to me by one of their workers. I thought he was showing me a picture of a hole inside a closet he was working on but it was a porno picture. I ran him out of the house called the roofing company and he was off of my property in minutes. I am still traumatized by this incident. So I really do not recommend this company because first of all advisers have told me not to pay all the money until finished. And now they will not contact me about the leaks I still have in my home. So I will report them to the BBB.”

“Used them after Hurricane Ida. They do what they say they are going to do, period. In a world when no one follows through, Lara Services did. They showed up hours after I called and meticulously captured every detail of our home that was damaged and needed remediation. They were thorough in removing nails and other items in the studs. They cleaned up after themselves. They never demanded money or even bothered me about their claim even though it took my insurance company 6 months to pay! Not a single phone call, text or email asking for payment. They were patient and know the process well. Very satisfied!”

“Helene blew a branch into my roof here in Savannah GA. Insurance company told me some one would come to instal a temporary tarp within an hour. Three days later, Handdii showed up having driven from Texas! While communication was difficult at first, once Christian showed up, he was fantastic- professional yet personable, and did a quality job quickly.
