“I truly had a good experience with Andre Lemieux as my AC technician. I contacted On The Spot HVAC to do some preventive maintenance to my 2 ac units in prep for the hot summer. Also, I had notice water dropping from my aux condensation run off. Andre meticulously inspected the systems and provided recommendations on what needed attention. He also unclogged the primary ac drain in short order and cleaned residue left from the clean out. While I did not have him implement all the recommendations since some of them I could do myself, he truly impressed me with his knowledge and attention to detail. “My AC system completely crashed, and temps inside my house reached 93 degrees. I had recently received a flyer from On The Spot HVAC with great pricing, so I gave them a call. They were able to send someone out in the afternoon. Aaron checked my system, determined there was a rapid leak of coolant and gave me a few options. I decided system replacement was the best option, and yes, the pricing matched the flyer. Within two hours after talking with Aaron a full crew showed up at my house and got to work. They leveled the pad for the outside unit, removed old equipment, and integrated the new AC system into my existing gas heat. There were a couple snags that arose, and this was where the big difference became visible. When there were issues, they all worked as a team to resolve them. In my case, it was a minor wiring issue on the controller that was quickly resolved. I also had to try a couple times to get the app connected to the thermostat - but it's been flawless since installation was complete. Everyone on the install team supported each other and learned a bit. Huge kudos to Josh and Johnny (and their crew) for quickly restoring cool air to my home!”

“If I could give this company 10 ⭐️ I would. I’ve used there services for about 8 years now and Cody the owner is all about customer service and takes great care of his customers. It’s a family owned business and his team are excellent at what they do. Big shout out to Aaron and his coworkers as they are very professional, courteous, honest and take pride in the work they do. I highly recommend this company and Aaron. We had a coil go out on us about a month ago and due to shipping issues from the manufacturer it took about a month for the part to get here but Aaron would come out every time I called as the Freon would get low and they kept us cool until the part came and then replaced it promptly and made sure it was working perfectly before he left. Don’t go to the big companies and pay the huge overpriced prices use the local family owned small business companies who treat you like family.”

“On the spot came out a year ago, they sold me a furnace and A/C. The install would be an 80 out of 100. I bought a service contract with them, the guy came out looked at my equipment that wasn’t their’s and tried to upsale me again. I had another company come out for a second opinion. Nothing needed at this time. But he stated my 16x25 filter box should have been a 20x25 box to match the furnace flow. When we looked at the outside A/C units there were caps not replaced from the Spot tech, which could allow the coolant to leak out., meaning they could charge me to add coolant or say I have a coil leak and need to replace the unit. I’m in the process of asking for half my contract price back, as they will not be touching my equipment again. I got a call back from the owner of the company. He made his points on the quality of his company’s work and I made mine. We are at a logger head. He will post some pictures to support his side. Fair enough he’s entitled to his opinion as am I. In fairness to him and his company, he refunded 1/2 of my maintenance agreement, and clarified some things that the tech had said that were incomplete statements.”
