“We delivered to the company and they are first come first served and they apparently overbooked deliveries for the day so we had a little bit of a wait. Very surprisingly, a gentleman working there (didn’t catch his name) walked out to our truck and apologized for the delay, which doesn’t happen often in trucking. Not only did her apologize, but he gave us a gift card. Let me also mention that there were three 53 foot trailers ahead of ours and they only were using one dock. We were still gone within three hours and they were unloading nonstop without a break which we were so appreciative of. I will never turn down a load to this place. A +++++++”

And then they proceeded to go in the next lane and tail-hate other cars as well. And if you’re willing to do that in a COMPANY CAR, I can just imagine the type of work you do. Train your people better.”
