“I wanted to thank the Five Points Homes Service team for the great work they did! The team was extremely nice and thorough with the work. They removed my insulation , sealed openings, cleaned all intake and exhausts vents , ducts and added back the insulation. I truly appreciate the management team in answering and discussing all of my question to truly understand what the process was and willingness to educate me on the products. Lastly , I have to mention the final walk through I had asked for a few additional items I wanted them to look over and they were completely willing to put in the extra effort. “I bought the Gold Package from Five Points. This package included removing my old rockwool insulation from the 80's, sealing the hot spots on my attic and blowing in fresh insulation. This package includes the new insulation to be up to Frisco code at 14" (R Value at R-38). The crew came out and worked the ENTIRE day in the heat. Sun up to sun down. They had to come back to finish the job the following day. Their attitudes were positive and they worked on stop. They even had time to play/converse with my two year old who was extremely curious on what was going on. I am very pleased with the service that Five Points provided. If I am need of any other services in the future, they will be my first call!”

However, FIVE POINTS HOME SERVICES came highly recommended to remove and replace our attic insulation. The entire process from estimate to installation was efficient, professional and as easy as such a big, unexpected process could be! Austin was great to deal with and provided a much more thorough inspection and explanation than two other companies who provided estimates. He checked in with us prior to, during and upon completion. We were comfortable with the awesome crew in our home who worked tirelessly in the heat to complete a huge job. They were personable, yet professional and worked very well as a team. “Austin and his team installed a new HVAC unit in 2023. Initially everything was great but 2 years later I have issues with it not blowing cold, again it was a brand new unit. March 2025 I called to have them come check it out, my tech didnt show and the office didnt know where he was. Around 7pm that night the tech reached out and did apologize that they got hung up on a job. The next day he came out and said the compressor needed to be replaced, and I never received a follow up so Monday morning I reached out to the office and was told they would need to find a compressor somewhere in the country to replace it. A half week later it arrived and their team installed it...thankfully the compressor was under warranty but after paying $1000 in labor I was hoping this was the end of my AC trouble. 3 months later here we are and the house is 80 degrees and not blowing cold air. Im assuming they do great insulation work and HVAC services aren't really their thing so now I have to find a more reliable AC company as I think its ridiculous to continually get charged when there is a warranty and you are the company that installed everything.”
