“We hired homeland energy to help us solve a pest problem in our upper crawlspace which I believed had infested our current blown insulation. The owner, Jay, emphasized that they were not pest control company, but offered a solution that addressed the problem by removing all the old insulation, treating the space with non-chemical material intended to make the area inhospitable to varmints, and replacing the insulation with new, more efficient insulation, while also closing entry points that pests might use. They showed up when scheduled, got right to the job, and worked tirelessly over two days to get the job completely done. The crews both days were professional, worked with very few breaks, and removed and replaced a huge amount of material. I was impressed by the effort they put into making sure the job was done to our expectations and worked overtime to ensure the job was done right and cleanup was complete. I would definitely hire them for any future insulation issue. Thanks for a job well done.”

“Used this company in 2021 and had a great experience so naturally we wanted to use them again. Reached out to Jim on Friday 1/31/25 he responded a tech would be in touch that Monday 2/3/25. Never heard from anyone reached out to him Tuesday 2/4/25 to let him know he apologized and said he would call the next day. Never did. Reached out to him again Wednesday at almost 5 pm after another business day had passed except this time no response at all. I would have preferred just being told off the bat they are too busy to respond and I could have used the time this week to book another company. Not sure what happened to them over the last few years but this is not the company I remember dealing with.”

“Previous rodent problem They were to remove all old insulation, vacuum, sanitize, blow in new insulation. Removing old insulation first day and vacuuming, I inspected after they left for the day. Insulation in approx 120 foot space with lower roof was not taken out, trash left front side of attic and the back, horrible vacuum job, after I filled half my shop vac of rodent droppings I called owner and complained. Second day, I continuously went up to check, they were blowing in insulation, trash still not picked up, no sanitizing done. Then I was lied to telling me it was added to insulation. Poor clean up inside and out. Pieces of poisonous mouse bait were dropped in my yard and found by my dog”
