“Edit: 2 weeks after my AC goes out, I now have air. I waited 12 days for a part, tech comes to install and then said my compressor is bad also. If that had been diagnosed at first visit, I would have had AC 10 days ago. I stand by my statement that their communication should be better. All updates received, I have had to chase. The one call I did get was to offer me a couple of portables but I had already secured some…that was cool of them though. The team today that installed my new unit was great. Quick. Efficient. “Excellent overall Service in all phases of replacing our upstairs A/C HVAC unit. Technician Anthony came to our home to evaluate our broken HVAC system,Technician Anthony measured the space needed to install & replace our HVAC system, that impressed me the most versus a phone quote from other HVAC companies. Technician Anthony quickly assessed our needs to purchase a brand name quality 5 ton Trane HVAC system with an affordable price. The service manager Darryl was able to incorporate our needs and provided us with a competitive quote that fit our budget; Darryl was able to scheduled installation sooner than the other HVAC companies that I had spoken too days before. We were throughly impressed with the 2 technicians Carlos & Moses that removed our old HVAC unit from the upstairs attic & outside unit with great efficiency and professionalism. They were able to explain maintenance details, answered questions about the HVAC system. “I had my biannual HVAC inspection today. And I had the privilege of having a new technician today. His name was Arturo. Boy he’s been the best technician I’ve had in a very long time. He was very, very thorough with all three of my systems. He took his time, making sure he inspected everything very thoroughly. And then he even went above and beyond, and came in the house and explained everything to me. And when I had questions he would show me pictures or take me to the unit in question and explain everything to me so I understood it. I cannot recommend Arturo enough. If you are thinking about using PASCHAL for your HVAC inspections, I would recommend recommending requesting Arturo he is exceptional.”

“What an amazing company! I called them 2nd for an issue with my HVAC and they blew me away with communicative they are, honest, and fair in their dealings! “They came out to do a plumbing scope on a new home I purchased. It took them almost an hour to scope the line, just to tell me that they couldn’t find the leak and needed to do a more in depth testing to find it and will come out the next day. Also, while there I asked them to check the water heater and it turned out the gas meter was missing so they told me that I needed a gas inspection to have the meter put back on. Well, after they left I called another plumber and he was able to find and also SHOW me where the leak was within 20 minutes of being there. Also, Atmos informed me that a gas inspection was not needed after all for the gas meter. ETA: Paschal did reach out to me to remedy the situation. I appreciated their honesty and the accountability they took. They even refunded me the money I spent on the unnecessary gas inspection. I do want to say thank you for at least trying to make things better.”

“I was having a terrible day on the hottest day of the year when my A/C broke down. I called Paschal around 6:00 p.m., and they had a technician at my house by 8:00 the next morning. Ulises made a stressful situation quick and painless. He found the problem almost immediately a part had blown on my outdoor unit and had it repaired in no time. The cost was also much more reasonable than I was expecting. Ulises is an outstanding technician, and the ladies in the office were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. From start to finish, the customer service was excellent. I will be a Paschal customer for life. Highly recommend!”

“Christian Engelbaum from Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric came out for: 1. Continuing issues with a smelly kitchen sink drain 2. Replace an outdoor faucet 3. Replace a bathroom faucet 1. The kitchen drain was discussed and examined, but nothing conclusive could be discovered. This is a manufactured home with no garbage disposal so the likely culprit is small amounts of food going down the drain. It’s recommended that I flush the sink regularly with vinegar and continue efforts to keep food from the drain. 2 & 3. Both faucets replaced, drips should be fixed. Christian is the nicest man. He listened, he offered suggestions and he completed the work well and in a timely manner. I highly recommend him. My Maltese, Bella, liked him and let him pet her. That is pretty strong praise.”
