Your employees are a direct reflection of how you run a business and you have even replaced my roof a few years back. You did a fine job with my roof, but your employee's behavior is appalling. “This is one of those businesses you wish you could give more than five stars because they most definitely deserve it. Because of hail earlier this year, our roof was damaged to the point of ceilings leaking and after an inspection by another company, it was determined the roof needed to be repaired. We were talking to the original company that first installed the roof and we were prepared to go with them, but the original roofer took forever to get us a bid and seemed a bit evasive about certain points. Just didn't have a good feeling about them, so we decided to get a few other bids. We met with another local company a friend had recommended, but when they came out, they seemed to want to "upgrade" everything. He kept telling us we needed this or that and of course, talking about things we knew nothing about. When we received that bid... it was shocking to say the least. In our neighborhood, a number of the new homes had their roofs installed by Williamson. We have been here and watched them work so we figured it was worth checking them out. From the first time we spoke, it was one of the most effortless things I have ever done. I was able to speak to someone right away.”

“My wife and I moved to Lakeway last summer. Williamson was the roofing contractor on our new build home. Last night (5/10/26) a big storm knocked a couple of tiles off our roof. I reached out to our builder who contacted Williamson. They showed up 4 hours later and replaced the tiles at no cost. This is what customer service and pride in workmanship looks like. “We looked into 3 different roofers and ended up going with Williamson. I primarily worked with Zack. They did an excellent job from start to finish. Personable, professional, quality work, and responsive. I'm very happy with everything. After a replacement standing seam roof install I made a side comment that I forgot to add a vent for a bathroom that didn't have one at all. “Absolutely perfect roof installation! We had a Williamson Roofing crew install a standing seam metal roof on our workshop. The process included a site survey, and email contract. Material delivery and installation occurred all on the same day. Everything was according to plan and our schedule. The fabrication and installation crew (5 total) were, on-time, polite, professional and respectful. They were highly skilled, and the installation shows it!!! Their clean-up was spotless and they checked in with us prior to departing to ask if there were any questions or anything else they could do!! We highly recommend Williamson Roofing LLC. And their price was very fair!!!”

“This is my 1st reroofing experience and I'm very happy to say it was phenomenal. Got a timely estimate from a very positive Matt Miner , then great contact with Aaron overseer of the project who was always available at a moments notice. Roofing crew was great and very respectful of my pollinator garden . Always showed up early and stayed as late as needed to complete the project on time. I highly recommend! Adding that office staff , Kendall (sp) was extremely professional and friendly at the same time. She is the Frontline impression of the company and she fulfills that role superbly.”

“I find it scary whenever I hire a contractor because there are many good ones and many not so good. Williamson Roofing is one of the great ones and Aaron was so professional and easy to work with. Before they started, Aaron, the project manager, had been in contact with us several times as well as visited our home a few time ms to make sure his team would be well prepared. They had so many workers on the job and a clear strategy on who was responsible for what. Fast forward a couple of days- they were so meticulous about cleaning up any nails and touching up anything that may have needed it. Aaron even came back to give the property another sweep for nails & to see if we had any concerns. This is a long way of saying my husband and I highly recommend them.”

“From the first appointment to view the roof and needs we were impressed with the very courteous professional, on time arrival of the estimator. We got the estimate with full explanation of needs costs timeliness to complete the job. This was followed up with written contract fully as explained, all needs covered and costs involved as well as exactly materials to be provided.. we agreed to the contract. Crews arrived to begin on date certain, on time. Total pros! They began as described to us, never before have we seen such efficiency. We were told they would be finished and csite cleaned the next day around noon. This was exactly what happened. We have a new raised seam metal roof, everything as contracted and needed. Manager came to inspect and certify.webhave new roof. A 20 year warranty.. we happily give this firm 5 stars and highly recommend them”
