“My HVAC service said I had rodent activity in my attic. Rude. I called Attic Construction to get it taken care of. Buck came out for the inspection and provided all of the "before" photos and talked me through the process to completely vacuum out all of the insulation, rodent proof any areas that were the issue, disinfect the entire attic, and blow in new insulation. I really appreciated that Buck made sure I understood what all would happen and worked with me on scheduling around my work schedule. Zae and team came out today to take care of everything. The whole team was super professional and great to work with. The guys kept me updated along the way and cleaned up everything when they left. I really prefer the "after" pictures! I definitely recommend Attic Construction if you find yourself with unwanted guests!”

“Attic Construction- These guys are professional! From top to bottom. Buck came in to do the estimate, explained in detail how the job is done and scheduled the appointment. They are on time. Bradley, Chris, Tanner and Kayla came in first thing in the morning few minutes after Brad made the courtesy call for their arrival. They prepped the site to set up for the work. Brought everything down from the attic, cleared it and removed the old insulation and vacuumed it clean. Then they worked on the air sealing and rodent proofing inside the attic as well as outside of the house. They then sanitized the attic and applied some disinfectant cleaner. After that they installed the batts and did the blow-in install. These guys have a great team work and seem to enjoy the work they do. They are fast and efficient . Sam the project manager came in mid way to make sure everything is up to par. Buck also dropped by to check on the team. After finishing the work, a walk through was done making sure all the items on the checklist were completed. Then they did the clean up. Overall, the crew were amazing and friendly. My wife and I are very satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend”

“Great work. I was in a pinch as the insulation installer I had hired didn't show up and I had an IECC inspector coming in the afternoon the next day and drywall scheduled to go up two days later. Called this company in a pinch as needed install next day. They were great/friendly and made an emergency service call next day (for fair price as well) and installed all the insulation so my inspection (later that day) and drywall (following day) could all go as scheduled. Work was excellent, crew was great and passed McKinney IECC inspection later that same afternoon. Highly recommend.”
