“Our AC wasn’t cooling because the indoor coil was leaking and all of the refrigerant had leaked out. Greentech responded quickly and scheduled a technician to our home within a short time. The technician was knowledgeable, patient, and answered every question we had. He clearly explained our options without any pressure or upselling. We chose to replace our system with a new Daikin unit, and the installation was completed quickly and professionally. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean. Great service, fair pricing, and excellent communication from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Greentech to anyone needing HVAC repair or replacement.”

“Lucas and Greentech replaced my entire AC system in my house. My old system was on its last leg. I spent almost a year interviewing AC companies and doing research on who I felt I could trust to properly size the equipment, evaluate the ductwork we had, and design the best possible system. The issue I kept running into was that most AC companies couldn't really answer detailed questions about ductwork or system sizing and they spent relatively little time/effort when they did their manual J evaluation. I got the feeling that most AC contractors are just "swap shops." They just want to swap out the gear. Its quick and easy money. When I met Lucas the first time, he spent more than a couple of hours in my house taking measurements and answering all of my very detailed questions. He came back again and took more measurements to revise the overall design for my home. He communicated everything well to me. The installation went according to plan. There weren't any major problems. The Daikin Touch was explained in a few minutes and is very easy to operate on the phone app and on the wall. Lucas even came back the following week to followup to make one small air speed adjustment”

“Before summer hit, I requested tune up two of the AC systems in my house. Fortunately, I had the AC unit checked up before the hot summer. Unfortunately, one of the AC unit needs to be replaced due to the end of lifespan (21 years old). One of my friends recommended Greentech based on the price, quality and service. I was happy that I follow my friend's advice. Lucas showed up in 2 hrs to check the AC unit after receiving my call. He was very patient in listening my concerns. Then provided professional recommendations. At the end, he provided a report of the options and convinced me that his company could provide the best price for the quality of the product and the service for installations and maintenance. As promised by Lucas, the Installation was very professional. Two installers came on time, remove the Old AC unit, replace the new one and test the unit to make sure that the new AC system was working fine in 4 hrs. No mess up, no dirt left on the floor. “Our home heating system broke down during the late-January Dallas ice storm, and the indoor temperature dropped to 51°F. GreenTech responded immediately to our call and dispatched a technician to evaluate the problem without delay, despite the icy roads. Based on the evaluation, we decided to replace our 25-year-old heating system. Chi Shen, their Technical Supervisor, came on-site to assess and prepare for the installation. He clearly explained the replacement options and patiently answered all of our questions until we felt confident in our choice. “Greentech installed two brand new Daikin systems for us (AC + Furnace) in August 2024. As of Jan, 2026, we had contacted GT a few times on various issues. The communication has always been smooth. GT's response was timely and professional. This review is for the most recent visit by GT technician Mr. Jennings on 1/27/26. Since Dec. 2025, I started to receive email from Google NEST reporting that the room temperature has been dropping even heating is "on". The flames would shut off after about 5-10 minutes with error code E33. I contacted GT about the issue on 1/24/26. Since it was in the middle of the winter snow period, GT could not immediately dispatch a technician due to road condition. On 1/27/26, Mr. Jennings was finally able to come even the road condition was still icy. After spending about 30 minutes, Mr. Jennings was able to amend the problem. According to him, he adjusted the fan speed so the system would not overheat and consequently shut off the flames. The service charge was $80, which by itself is reasonable thou this is my first time ever calling for a HVAC service. However, I would think such fan speed and pressure settings should have been done correctly during ins”

“I contacted Greentech for a quote to replace my 15 year old home HVAC system. Chi was the tech who came to my home, inspected and took pictures of my existing system, as well as of my architectural drawings in order to perform a Manual J calculation to size the quoted system from Daikin. A couple of days later Chi sent me the quote for a Daikin FIT 17 seer heat pump system for a quoted price of $27,400. I responded that the $27.4k price exceeded my budget, could they propose an alternative which would utilize my existing furnaces for back up heating? Chi did not respond, but Lucas did. Said my current furnace set up was unsafe and needed to be replaced. I called BS on the safety scare tactic and ask if I could see the Manual J calculation. No response for a couple of days, and then Chi comes back to tell me he can send the Manual J report but it will cost $500. Yikes! These folks are dishonest and not folks I want to do business with. Hope this helps.”

“If you're doing research on a good HVAC company to hire do yourself a favor and hire Greentech. Had 4 different companies look at my unit and they were the only ones to do a full proper diagnosis with little cameras and everything. Fixed the problem cheaper than all the rest who didn't want to go through the effort of actually looking deeper. They also found other little issues that they weren't there for, and went out of their way to quickly correct them as well.
