“Was excited when I found this company and they came out the next day to look at my situation. They do seem very capable. However, the sales guy was too much for me. The day of my estimate, he texted, emailed, called, AND left a voicemail. I'm a busy mom and needed time to present the estimate to my husband before I could even come up with questions. He also then called on a Saturday the very next day telling me to check my email spam etc. I texted him I would talk it over with husband and reach back out but he still texted me again. When I told him please don't follow up, that I would reach out, he did stop. However when I was ready and texted with questions he ghosted me. A little immature! Most contractors I work with email you the estimate and leave it at that. Also, during the estimate he mentioned 2 different prices for the same Rockwool material ($1.90 and $2.20/sq ft) but he couldn't tell me which when I asked to confirm.
