“We recently used USA insulation of Carrolton, TX. To re-insulate our attic and garage walls. From the initial meeting with Brian for the inspection and estimate, through the whole process their team was very helpful and communicative. They were able to find a happy medium with us on cost to fit within our budget without any hassles. Their team, both in office and those that came out to the home to perform the work were happy to be there for us through the process. Jurea in the office was helpful with the concerns I had with aquarium livestock and their injection foam. At the end of the day I had minimal disturbance to my livestock from the fumes of the injection foam. The concerns I had were eased with their communication and information disclosure of their product. It has now been three weeks since install and all fumes are gone and my tanks are growing just as well as they were before the install. For these reasons I’d recommend this team for any of your insulation needs around your house. Thank you again USA insulation! It was great working with you!”

“Our home was built in 1995, so not that old, but we could feel a few drafts throughout the house. Nothing big, just chilly spots. We employed USA Insulation of Carrollton to inject insulating foam into the cavity of all our outside walls. They drill many small holes through the mortar, and under 40psi, inject an eco-friendly foam into the walls. Completely odorless. Took them two days for our 3400 square foot, two story home. The team was great to work with, from their admin. peeps to the installation crew. Friendly, professional and experienced. They cleaned up after themselves so you would never know they had been on site. They matched the mortar perfectly, making the holes invisible. Today is very hot (110F) and our home is cool and cozy throughout. We have our thermostat on 76F. We realize a huge benefit is every room is now the same temperature. We definitely save on our overall energy bills. A feature is that the foam creates a sound proofing effect. “This company did a job for me less than 2 years ago. During this time they promised to be back out to complete the job, which includes painting over where they drilled holes to put in the foam along with retreating an area in my bathroom they missed. I have called and texted with no replies. Fast forward to this month an one of my outlet blew and my electrician was replacing the GFCI, He sent me videos of air blowing from the outside of my house though this outlet. He then went outside and shower me where the air was coming in. This was an area that USA Insulation used their spray foam insulation. It appears they missed quite a few areas and never completed a job they promised me they would. I have the videos and texts to prove it. I have called both phone numbers and texted another one all of which are no longer working. Please do not use this company and pay for a half done job. The sad thing is I learned about them from a local home improvement radio show. My next complaint will be with the BBB.”

“They came and did a inspection/estimate before hand to confirm if we needed the both the attic and walls. My home is a bit older and none of the previous owners had done any insulation work. No pressure or issue with inspection/estimate. Everything was explained; what was recommended and how it would be completed, how much it cost and any tax incentives as well. I had my insulation replenished in my attic and the foam insulation put in the exterior walls. They did an excellent job is been a few months into summer and I can tell that my AC is working less, keeping the house cooler for longer than before.”

“I had an insulation service in my home and although the service was excellent and I definitely felt a notable shift in the home in the positive. My AC was working better and my bills went down. However I noted before the service online that there can be some cracks in the drywall after install. The installers when they came to my home confirmed the same and they even told me to give them a call if there is any such issue. After my service I found a big crack in my drywall and called immediately to see if I can get it resolved. The owner responded absolutely they would send over someone to get it fixed and that it would be complimentary. They sent some guys over to look at it and they told me that they would need to send a technician to come fix the wall. So I waited a few days for the call back and never heard back. I called back again and the owner was apologetic so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He said he would immediately get in touch with the tech so we can schedule the repair. Two weeks went by and I started to call back and it went immediately to voice mail. I figured maybe he’s on vacation so I let another two weeks pass by. I called back daily and then sent multiple”

“It was inevitable that we would eventually have a frozen pipe during the winter cold snaps. Last February, our North wall finally got cold enough to freeze the spigot and water line to the washer. Even before that, we were tired of having cold kitchen cabinets and strong cold draughts coming from various exterior wall outlets and switches. Our house isn’t that old but clearly the builders were either inefficient or just lazy in some of the original insulation. We contacted USA Insulation as they are one of the few companies nationwide that will do post-build wall insulation. “My house was built in 1952, when I had to do some minor sheetrock repair, I found that 70 year insulation was now a brown clump at the bottom of the wall. Our house was never really comfortable, too cold in the winter and too hot in the summer, so I decided to look into injection foam insulation. I found USA insulation of Carrollton, set up a consultation and they took over from there. They explained the process and the science behind it very well and we got it set up for the following week. That was right as all the 100 degree days were hitting. The couple of days before they installed, I noted that my thermostat would not get below 85. Since the insulation was injected, our house has consistently been in the 76-79 degree range during the heat of the day. I used an infrared thermometer the other day, the outside wall of the house was reading 110 degrees, the inside wall, 80 degrees. I will take a 30 degree difference all day long.
