Bay-Star Insulation of Dallas operates as an insulation contractor from their location at 921 W Bethel Rd in Coppell. They focus on metal building insulation as part of Bay Insulation Systems, which produces and distributes fiberglass materials, custom-laminated blanket systems, rigid insulation, safety products, and accessories for metal buildings. The business handles products made to order along with related items like doors and windows. Others picked up missing items like tape even after hours on a Saturday, and deliveries arrived ready in just a few days. Reviews highlight competitive pricing on made-to-order products and outcomes where the insulation maximized efficiency without extra delays.

The crew works with receiving hours from 6:30am to 1:30pm on weekdays and handles pickups or loads fast, often unloading trucks in under an hour or even 25 minutes. Reviewers mention friendly staff who let drivers use facilities and maneuver easily in the lot, plus quick responses on orders from the Dallas branch. Pricing stays competitive according to those who bought systems, and communication covers details like vapor retarders or installation needs through their product lines. Service reaches commercial customers beyond the immediate area, including some from out of state who rely on the branch for ongoing roofing projects.

Reviews give the business a 4.7 Google rating across the feedback provided, with repeated mentions of fast turnaround on deliveries, helpful staff like Janice who makes things happen, and solid quality on fiberglass and laminated systems. “I used this compony for insulation on my metal steel building and i had a great experience. Its very high quality insulation and the final product looks great. I was quoted the best price and the service getting me what i needed was great. I was missing tape during delivery of the building but someone stayed a few extra hours so i could pick up the tape even though they were closed on Saturday. I would recommend buying from them again.”

“1200 appointment. Got there at 1115. They were unloading someone ahead of me. He told me that once he pulls off, go ahead and back in. Bump the dock at 1130, unloaded by 1230. They were quick and didn't waste time. It's not a bad place to deliver to. There is plenty of space to maneuver and back in. It's also big enough to pull to the side and finish your paperwork.”

“Janice with Baystar is an absolute rockstar! We are a commercial roofing company based out of Oklahoma City and there is no other insulation company we would use rather than Baystar. They make miracles happen on deliveries so our customers our happy and we are able to keep rolling. I can not say enough good things about everyone there at the Dallas branch. We've been using them for years and as long as Janice is around we don't plan on stopping! - Blake Catanzano Next Phase Roofing and Construction”
