They had my home frosty cool within a couple of days. They even recharged my old leaky system to limp it along so I would not suffer until the new system was installed. “I used Thumbtack to contact and schedule Blue Label for AC system maintenance and diagnosing a drip from our secondary drain line. I appreciate their system that confirmed the appointment, and notified me when the technician was on the way. Nick came and inspected our system, explaining where the drains are clogged, and offering a comprehensive unclogging service. I declined this service once I understood what the problem was. We plan to DIY. Once Nick took a look at our AC units he explained that they are leaking refrigerant, and are, in his professional opinion, actually too old to repair, or even clean. The parts are no longer available, and cleaning would actually cause the system to give out from too much air flow. I appreciate him educating us on our system and giving us a detailed quote for replacement, including financing. Once we consider our options, we would not hesitate to contact Blue Label again to help us replace our system.”

“Barely looked at the system, then went on and on about how terrible my central system was and how it was shocking that it had been working recently. Then he spent the rest of the time telling me how the whole thing was discontinued and needed replacing and only sent me options for replacing the entire central system for 10-15k. I got a second opinion and have functioning ac again for under $500 and about an hour of work. I would never call this company again or ever recommend them.”

“We are so glad we found this company. Our a/c stopped blowing cold air. Our previous company we used once before did not respond after we reached out. So we googled a/c companies and found Blue Label Services. Hailey immediately set us up with an appointment. I like their text system that confirms an appointment is set. The technician Scott was great. He called ahead of time to let us know he was on the way. (The text system lets you know a technician is on the way as well). When he arrived he quickly knew what the issue was and had the replacement part in his truck. The job was completed in under 20 minutes. The price wasn’t a sticker shock either and he didn’t try to sell us on anything other than the reason for the initial call. He is very personable and helpful. Even gave us some tips on maintaining the a/c unit. The morning after our appointment Scott called to make sure everything was still running nice and cool. Fantastic customer service. We will no doubt use them for any future a/c problems.”
