“Marc is the owner, he's great, very knowledgeable, arranged his team very well and get them trained regularly! His team overall is good, all is experienced at work. They do all types of insulations and insulation removal! I used them twice since I trust Marc and like his team's work: first time apply insulation at my primary home, 2nd time help me do mice extermination job at another place which include insulation removal (5+ hour work, 7 hug bags with old fibers removed), and clean, wait for 2 weeks make sure attic is cleared, then seal rat entry point+apply radiant barrier. “Could not be happier! It’s been about a week and I wanted to share my experience. My HVAC system is 12yrs old and a new system would be 25-35k. I researched for over a month trying to find an alternative and came across radiant foil, radiant paint, and spray foam. Radiant paint will not give you the performance that the company advertises without incurring additional cost ( all beams and rafters must be covered entirely and the wood needs to be primed first for “best”results. Spray foam which is the best, was quoted at twice the cost of foil. Before the foil and fiberglass insulation was installed my HVAC system struggled to hold a temp and took forever to cool the house. Now my house is kept at 76-77degrees and at times we find it to be too cold even at that temp. My system has no problems holding/maintaining the desired temperature now. I have not received my latest electric bill yet but I am confident that it will be lower. Brady and his team did a fantastic job and I am completely satisfied with the work.
