“This was our second time hiring Expo Home Improvement, and this time we used them for two bathroom projects through our Costco membership. Both installation crews were fast, friendly, and professional. They also did an excellent job cleaning up afterward, better than many other home improvement crews we have worked with. I especially want to recognize Jesus, Chris C., Joe, and Bryen for the primary bathroom installation, and Jesus, Chris S., and Bryen for the secondary bathroom installation. They were all great to work with, and we are very happy with the finished spaces. There was some initial confusion about which bathroom was being completed first. We were first told the primary bathroom, then the secondary bathroom, and the crew ultimately arrived with the primary bathroom materials- not a huge deal for us, but we did have to scramble. Aside from that mix-up, the communication was excellent. The team was easy to reach and provided regular updates throughout the time between ordering and installation. We would definitely recommend Expo Home Improvement and would consider using them again.”

From the moment we spoke to people at Costco, to having the free consultation at our home, and into installation day! Crew of four people, came to our house and they called before arriving letting us know their ETA (LOVED), when they arrived they covered the floors from the entrance to the bathroom which I very much appreciated, they were here from 8:30 AM - 7:30PM and they did amazing. Great mannerisms, respectful and friendly. They guided us on the after care and showed us what all they did. Mike K., Byron, Victor and Darious were all approachable and kind. “The process was all new to me. Mike K. and Byron the installers did a fantastic job of converting my old large area tub to a walk-in shower. They were able to work thru all the quirks of my home and install a modern new walk-in shower into a very old structure. My elderly mother loves the new shower. My old tub had a high wall and sliding glass doors that were difficult and unsafe for her after her accident. From initial design and sales (Isaiah), dealing with my HOA and their Architectural Committee for approval, my hectic work schedule and my mother being in the hospital for a long time waiting to come home-the staff at Expo Home was wonderful: ALL of the office staff, work crew and plumbers: John, Bryan, and another Mike. “Tommy Clifton was great and got us the lowest payments he could. Ivan and Nathan were awesome as installers! They cleaned up afterwards and Ivan even came back the next day to put the correct shower head up since the wrong one was sent the day before. I'm so excited to have a tub I can soak in! My husband is loving the higher showerhead so he doesn't have to duck of lean back to rinse. This company came over 2 hours to do this, no one else would. “Expo home hit our home at 7:55 this morning and they were done by 4:15 including cleanup. They did awesome work were very courteous and very careful about our home and everything in it covering items and covering the floor everywhere they went; they were just great! I would recommend Ricardo Victor and Joe for any job! The shower looks fantastic. We can’t wait for 48 hours to be able to get into it. It is just phenomenal. Our shower had a skylight window High on the exterior wall. They boxed in that skylight beautifully. I was afraid we were going to lose it, but we did not. It looks just beautiful! The seat is the perfect height for my wife who has had several major surgeries, and our tub experience is long gone… We had to get a walk in shower to replace our tub-Shower combo and Jacuzzi really did an awesome,… awesome job! Luke Robinson was the gentleman who entered our home to talk to us about getting the Jacuzzi products… He was fantastic, cared deeply about my wife’s situation and made sure all her needs were addressed and met in this project! “Tremendously happy with EXPO and our interactions with the company for our renovation project, from our sales rep through the installation process. EXPO completed the installation of our new bathroom today and we couldn’t be happier. Our installers Nick, Ivan and Eddie were extremely professional from start to finish – they worked hard to perform the install, and were tremendously courteous in our home. The results of their hard work is a beautiful bathroom, delivered as promised. We really liked how they asked lots of questions throughout the install to ensure that our preferences were always their priority.
