Attic Fanatics Garland

Attic Fanatics Garland performs insulation work as a contractor based in Garland, Texas. John owns the company. The team focuses on blow in insulation and spray foam insulation along with attic ventilation, attic sealing, insulation removal, and radiant barrier installation. They also handle solar attic fan replacements and ductwork updates. The business offers free attic inspections and covers Garland plus the east side of the metroplex.

Reviewers describe jobs that start with Patrick visiting the same day a call comes in to assess attics with little or no existing insulation. James has led crews that remove old material and install new insulation while adding radiant barriers, replacing ductwork, and fitting solar vents. Other projects include spray foam application on home additions and quick swaps of attic fans. Teams finish by showing before and after photos and confirming the space meets efficiency goals.

Work proceeds with same day or next day scheduling after the initial visit. Crews arrive on time, explain steps in detail, and adjust for any delays. They protect floors and walls with drop cloths, vacuum at the end, and leave the area clean. John discusses options without pressure and arranges financing when needed. Pricing comes across as reasonable based on the quotes provided.

Every review gives five stars. Recurring notes cover punctual arrivals, clear communication, attention to detail during removal and install work, and visible improvements in attic condition. The company maintains a Google rating of five from zero reviews.

“10/10 service. I 100% recommend this company! Patrick came out to take a look at my attic after I explained that I had virtually no insulation up there, and I wasn't kidding! He came out the very same day I called, gave me a quote that simply couldn't be beat, and even got me on the schedule for the very next day. James and his crew arrived early and got right to work. Even in the middle of the afternoon heat, they knocked the job out in no time. James showed me before and after photos of my attic, and I am beyond impressed with the results. They blew in so much insulation that it looks like a winter wonderland up there! I also had the opportunity to meet John, the owner of the company, and he was fantastic. Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about doing quality work. I truly couldn't recommend this company more. I got an amazing deal, the entire process was quick and easy, and I'm so excited to finally stop feeling like a rotisserie chicken in my own home! Thank you again to the entire crew for the outstanding work. You all exceeded my expectations!”

“John truly cares on what is best for your family. He is not trying to upsell you and his vast experience resonates with his recommendations. I had originally thought to go with spray foam for our attic, but after a good conversation with John he informed me of different alternatives I could do based on my homes configuration. There was a lot I was not informed of when it comes to spray foam and he even factored my family's experience for installation when it came to having toddlers in the home. We are grateful to have done business with him and they made financing very simple for us. I would highly recommend working with Attic Fanatics as it was as easy as a click of a button.”
