During my maintenance service, he not only handled himself professionally but also identified a potential issue before it became a bigger problem. He recommended installing a UV light in the plenum to help eliminate moisture, spores, and bacteria after spotting a small area of organic growth beginning to form. It wasn’t inexpensive, but the member discount made a noticeable difference. After two years as a customer, I continue to be impressed by the standard Otto and the company maintain. “If I could give OnTime Experts Plumbing Division more than 5 stars, I would. I'll admit it—we initially thought their pricing was a little higher than other companies and even questioned whether some of the work they recommended was truly necessary. Because of that, we hired another plumbing company to perform a repair. That turned out to be a costly lesson. The other company completed the work, but none of it was installed up to code. The scary part is that we never would have known if OnTime hadn't been willing to inspect the work afterward. Keith did a wonderful job cleaning and inspecting our system. He communicated very well about what was being done, even while I was at work, and offered helpful suggestions so that we could keep our unit in top shape. “Arrived same day, excellent customer service explained in detail the issue with the plumbing every step of the way. Major job-mainline was tunneled 110 feet under slab, he and helper replaced all 4 inch mailine and 2 bathroom drainlines. Was caring enough to take photos and explain, and to document his findings. He was tidy as they were sure to cleanup jobsite daily. I would highly recommend Luis and his apprentice. He communicated well on text as well. He was helpful explaining through this 5 week long process. He took care to keep the mud out of the house.”

“Update 7/27: After posting my initial review I received a phone call and talked with an agent at On Time Experts. He took the time to listen to my situation and apologized for not receiving the costs up front before the service was performed. I may have tried to remedy the situation myself having known the cost but what's done is done. What did happen is they showed they care about their customers and that speaks volumes. He also offered a solution for any service I need in future which was above and beyond. Therefore I bumped my review to 5 stars. Previous Review: Although our service technician was really great which is why I gave it 4 stars we were floored when told the cost to clear our shower drain which happened after the service was performed. I guess it was partially my fault for not asking for the costs up front. And after the service was done what can you do? Make sure you understand the cost before your service is performed.”

He checked the system performance, temperatures, refrigerant pressures, and other important readings, and also sent me pictures of the measurements so I could see exactly what he found. “The people at OTE were great. Evan and Joey completed a thorough assessment, step by step with photos. I don’t know how they could have been better. Add-on to original review: Had Evan and Joey out to look at my other unit as planned (part of the membership!) and they quickly validated my concerns and went to work diagnosing the system- not looking for a part to sell me- actually from the rootie to the tootie to identify what was causing the issue.
