“I highly recommend Ark roofer! We had this company installed some gutters along a porch and deck roof, as well as a diverter on the roof above a back door. The gutter downspout drainage pipe had to drain in a grassy area separated from the house by a 3 feet wide concrete walkway. They were also some sprinkler system water lines in the way and that required some careful digging. The soil in Lago Vista is very hard and rocky so any manual digging there is difficult. What set this company apart from others was its willingness to dig underneath the concrete walkway for installing the drainage pipe, which was the only drainage location that made sense. Clint did the several hours long tedious digging job and he was absolutely amazing. It was a very hard job and he courageously did it. He never gave up, and never complained either. He had the most difficult part of the job and we so are especially grateful to him, but the rest of the team was good too: Pete came for the estimate and spent a great deal of time exploring the various options with us, Stacy, who organizes the work schedule, was great in communicating and arranging with us the gutter installation schedule to fit our travel co”

“Cannot say enough good things about my experience with Ark. We had a small leak coming through our ceiling, and we tapped Ark to come help us diagnose the issue. They were able to come out the very next day after we called them. They arrived on time, were super clean and respectful, and quickly narrowed in on the most likely culprit after an attic inspection. They were able to turn around the repair the same day (minor repairs needed to the "boot" around a vent pipe). This is about as good as it gets. Major shout out to Ark for running such a well-oiled operation, and thank you very much to Brian E, our technician, who helped us along the way. Most recently Aimee performed an inspection and then promptly came out again to inspect a Pipe Jack that was damaged by other work being done on the house, resulting in a leak during a heavy storm. Aimee was able to provide a solution to my leak which brought me peace of mind and provided me space to make a decision on how to proceed with a longer term fix. “If you need a roof, Ark is the only way to go. A highly ethical and Christian-based company. Most roofing companies quote your job, then farm out the actual work to the lowest bidding subcontractor and they have no control over them and that's where the problems arise. Ark has 3 in-house roofing crews that are Ark employees so they have complete control over them. They start by putting down a 10’ wide mesh fabric all around my house and over my front bay windows for protection. When they stripped off the old roof most of the debris fell onto the mesh for easy cleanup. They installed 9 color-coded roof exhaust vents and spray-painted the existing vents the same color. They installed two ridge vents to make the attic cooler. It was a one-day install from start to finish, which is amazing. They also installed Rhino Synthetic Underlament which is superior to felt as a secondary waterproofing layer. David Gonzalez our Ark Sales Advisor was on site and worked diligently with the roofing crew foreman Edgar to ensure that everything went well and make the job as painless for us as possible. “Brian Esquivel offered free roof inspection after explaining why it was a good idea to proactively have the inspection and identify any potential problems before costly damage. Brian is professional and friendly, quickly able to schedule and complete inspection. It’s an easy, no pressure process. While doing the inspection on my roof, Brian noticed damage on neighbors roof that they were not aware of and left contact info at their door. I texted them and they came out right away to see issues and were grateful Brian noticed it. They are working with Ark to get repairs prior to next storms.”

“Wow! What an amazing experience with Ark Roofer! Small world-we met Cody Allison (sales consultant with Ark) on a plane ride a few months back & we mentioned what we do for work-long story short we connected & said we needed gutters as our 1974 house had terrible drainage from old gutters or lack of gutters in places we needed desperately! Cody followed up & came out immediately to give us a consultation & did his design work to show us how the gutters would look while he was with us at our house. We have a lot of angles/sides to our house so wanted to make sure it wouldn’t look funky! Cody was extremely thorough, took his time with us as we asked a lot of questions & he even took the time to look at our roof for us as well. We got on the schedule (which wasn’t a wait at all) & the crew was on time, fast, efficient, & left the site clean!!
