“Dave is an amazing tech, a friendly aura and definitely a trustworthy person! He came out after multiple other companies came out and didn’t try to up sell me on a new unit. He was honest about my HVAC issues and helped put something together that worked for our household. He walked us through the entire process as first time home owners with an AC unit. AusTex prices were the best out of the competitors, not cheap because you’re paying for their knowledge but very fair for the average everyday working family. I would recommend them over and over again without hesitation!”

We have replaced both our units in the last 5 years with AusTex, we recently had an issue with our upstairs not being very efficient, David came out the next day was here for well over an hour doing an extremely thorough diagnosis while also cleaning everything as he went, he found the problem, ordered the part and came back two days later to do the repair that was thankfully covered under warranty. “Our A/C went out in July, it was rough. We call another repair group and was told the compressor needed to be replaced. They quoted us a price of $3500 and told us it would be 7-10 days. Nearly 2 weeks in Texas July heat with no A/C. We called Austex and spoke to Dave on Tuesday, he told us he could have the new compressor on Wednesday, and the tech was out on Thursday morning to do the repair. If that is not enough, the price Austex gave us was a third of the cost the other company gave us. Austex will be my guys for any and all A/C repairs and maintenance going forward. They are my guys 100%.”
