“FMI review This is a recommendation for FMI Construction / Remodeling. I have lived in my house for over 40 years. Our two bathrooms had been repainted several times but never seriously updated. My husband died two years ago and I have been having some pretty significant mobility issues so needed safe access to my MBR shower. Even though I was nervous about having to make this big decision by myself, I knew for safety’s sake it had to be done. “When we had a water pipe break in our vanity ceiling we called FMI Construction based on the recommendation of one of our neighbors. Aundre, Edwin and Delvin responded promptly and immediately started accessing the leak spot and putting a temporary clamp on it. Since the necessary repairs required a lot of tear down we combined upgrades to include a walk in shower and new vanity cabinets. Aundre and his wife Chan worked with us to help select tiles, vanity styles, paint colors and fixtures. Edwin and Delvin worked very hard and fast to complete the repairs and did an excellent job. We were very pleased with the finished upgrades for a walk in shower and new vanity area with improved lighting.”
