“We had a roof installed by this company, approximately 3 years ago. 2 years ago we had a leak around our chimney, they came and determined it was the grout lines around the faux stone. So we engaged them or their sub contractor to make the necessary repairs, and they were performed and we paid for the repairs. Now to the past two weeks. We had another leak at the similar location so we reached out to them to have someone check it out, and this is where it all fell apart. When I called and left a message for the service scheduler to call me there was no returned call, I called again and left a message on Araceli’s phone and still no returned phone call. I finally received an email with an appointment date and a text from Araceli, stating I had received an email (no phone call) she assigned a date for service personnel to come out on Monday the 19th between 12-2pm, I texted back approving the date, (still no phone call). On the morning of the 19th I received a phone call from a person speaking Spanish and they quickly hung up, however I noticed the number indicated Integribuilt, so I called that number to ask what was happening, because I clearly don’t speak Spanish. “Integribilt installed our flat-top TPO roof seven years ago and we recently experienced a leak at one of the drains that caused some sheetrock damage on our ceiling. I emailed Integribilit requesting an appointment for a tech to come out and diagnose the cause of the leak. Christian Bethune and an experienced technician arrived the following morning. They quickly diagnosed the cause and determined a solution. As a proactive measure, they also inspected several other potential problem areas which were not leaking at this point. Christian submitted a cost estimate which we approved. Within a week, a pair of techs arrived and repaired the drain leak and resealed the other areas with potential leaks. Christian followed up with a water leak test and there were none. Problem solved! I We were impressed with Christian's professionalism, quick response and his communication skills. “From the very beginning, Adam Browning and his team educated us, answered all our numerous questions and had the patience to walk us through various scenarios regarding the replacement of a damaged roof, 8 windows that had seals broken requiring replacement, replacement of a sun roof light, and the redo of much of our master bathroom. His experienced eye caught all the flaws, his reputation with the insurance company and his mastery of this process is the best I’ve seen as a homeowner of 30 years. In fact, we started getting compliments from our neighbors within a few days of completion. They said it looked "like a new home!" We’ve had 3 roofs replaced, all the appliances replaced, and just about everything you can think of regarding repairs on our home BUT I can safely say that Adam was the best in my 30 years of home ownership!”

On install day, when I walked outside, Clint immediately greeted me, started explaining the process, and showed me the materials that were being used. “We had a complicated roofing job: one building of three-story town homes with high-pitched roofs. Scott Kerlin was our consultant. He was extremely professional, willing to take calls and answer questions. He responded promptly to calls, texts and emails. Scott came buy to visit us the Saturday before our job and was thoughrough in his review with us as to what to expect the day of the installation. The crew was amazing, on time, very attentive, covered our windows and patio so nothing was damaged. The clean up was really thorough as well. Tough job done in one day. Amazing team work. “IntegriBuilt Roofing did an amazing job. I am the trustee of a church in charge of roofing. We had a small hail insurance claim for 2 of our 6 roofs, and hiring IntegriBuilt was one of the best decisions I could've ever made. After a more thorough inspection by IntegriBuilt, they were able to identify additional damage that was caused by storms that was not included in the original claim. They used this information to negotiate with the insurance company so that the claim was increased to cover all 6 roofs, covering over 43,700 square feet and including shingles, flat roof, and metal roof types. Even with the new extensive job, our only out of pocket expense was just our deductible. This was a huge job that included electrical, plumbing, and AC contractors. IntegriBuilt went above and beyond by continuing to negotiate with the insurance company, staying in constant contact, and providing daily progress pictures. “My husband and I purchased a new house and decided before our builder's warranty was up we should have a third party inspection of our home conducted. The inspection found that the original company who installed the roof had made several mistakes that needed to be repaired. The same company that installed it came to fix the issues and because of the bad workmanship that was originally done, I was weary of how the work was completed. We decided to do a second inspection of the roof after the repairs had been made to ensure we would have no future issues. Christian Bethune with IntegriBuilt Roofing came out and I could not be more please with how thorough he was upon his inspection. He showed us pictures of the issues that still needed to addressed from finding unsecured vent pipes, compromised shingles and poor/no seals around our roof. Even knowing he would not be booking a job from us (since we were still under warranty), he was all too happy to take the time to inform us about the issues and how to go about making sure they were fixed properly. He sent us his recommendations and photos in a report I was able to send it to the warranty department and we had all leftover issue”
