Marco explained to me that there were several steps we had to go through to get the approval we needed. He did everything. He helped me get all the information and help I needed to get it approved. He came by several times during the installation to make sure things were going right. He came back once they were done to make sure the clean up was done and everything was finished. He does a very thorough inspection, walking the roof and then using a drone to document all the damages, and then showing up when the insurance adjuster visits so he can point out all the damages. “I was fortunate to cross paths with Lone Star Roofing. My insurance was not going to cover the damage from a recent storm so Lone Star went to battle for me with the insurance company. They got the insurance company to reverse their decision and fully cover the damage. On top of it they also got my insurance company to compensate me for interest on the delays. A win win situation for me. Then they delivered at a high level with the installation of my new roof and working with me on some changes I wanted to incorporate as well. After a well-known Arlington company failed to justify our claim—leading to an initial denial—Mario stepped in and turned everything around. Unlike the first company, Mario scheduled a reinspection and personally met with the insurance adjuster, which resulted in an immediate approval of our claim and our insurance company issued us a check that same day. He even went the extra mile by identifying our shingles as an upgraded product, having them lab-tested, and filing an amendment to ensure the additional costs were fully covered by our insurance company. The crew arrived early on Friday morning and completed the entire job by 4:00 PM, leaving our yard spotless thanks to their thorough use of magnetic sweepers.
