“Love my new windows, crew was fast and clean. Sales process was process was fast and easy. I had to edit my review of Power Home Remodeling after the second installation was "completed". The pictures I include with this review helps a potential customer be sure to get comparison estimates since the amount spent was more than I feel the installation is worth. I have reached out to the company to find when someone will be out to repair the door with no response yet. The installation team for the door was different than the Great windows job. The door team chose not to, or were not able to, speak English which caused some difficulties reviewing concerns. The key part of the touchpad spins a full circle. How does that work on the lock?”

“Short answer: don’t do it. They require you to leave a review BEFORE the job starts. Long answer: We have sent multiple emails and made multiple calls with no solution. My husband and I invested more than $50,000 with Power for new windows, gutters, trim, and doors based on the professionalism, promises, and customer service presented during the sales process. Unfortunately, our experience after signing the contract has been unacceptable and deeply concerning. Before installation began, we were explicitly told that HOA approvals for the gutters and trim had been obtained and that your company had previously completed work within our neighborhood. After installation started, our HOA informed us that no approval had been granted. We later discovered that the home your team referenced was not even located within our HOA community. Because of this misinformation, installation had to be halted mid-project. During the delay, your team left an opening leading to our roof area, which resulted in a raccoon entering our home and causing additional disruption and stress. Despite being told that a VP had been notified and would take this matter seriously, nobody from leadership ever contac”

“The salesman was great, offered a fantastic deal. The install team was great also. Didn't take all day and cleaned up well. The QA follow up was great also. Showed us how to use the windows and confirmed the install went well. We are happy with the product and will definitely do more business with Power!”

“From start to finish our experience with this company was fantastic. The moment they knocked on our door we could tell they were true professionals. Everyone we spoke with (Bryan and Yazan) were super friendly, respectful and really knew their stuff. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. On the day of the installation, Efrain and his crew show up right on time and got straight to work. They wer fast but incredibly thorough. When they finished, everything looked perfect and they cleaned up so well you wouldnt even know they had been there (except for the beautiful new windows!) On top of all that, their prices were very reasonable for the quality of service we received. We really felt like we got great value for our money. We’re beyond happy with the results and the entire experience. I’d 100% recommend this company to family and friends!”

“Summary: Good Quote, Bad Company. Pick a local contractor who is insured and bonded instead and I promise you wouldn't be hassled even 1% as much. If I could do zero stars I would, here's my experience with Power Home Remodeling from start to finish. 1. Solicitor shows up at my door, no big deal, I was actually looking for a quote for the things they offered within the next year so an early quote is nice. Solicitor was nice and professional, scheduled a quote out for the same day. 2. A completely different set of guys shows up, no skin off my back sure let's figure it out and immediately you already know they sat down, got comfy and waited for my wife to get home to start their spiel. This was the equivalent to a timeshare meeting, 3 hours of them pushing their work onto you and beating down on smaller contractors but unlike a timeshare you don't get a nice reward at the end. They repeatedly pushed and by the 3 hour mark, my wife went to bed and I nearly had to kick them out. Don't get me wrong, great quote, but god do they push. 3. The follow up, I made it violently clear that the work I wanted was months out and wouldn't sign anything as we had to get everything else with the”

The day of the installation the crew arrived ahead of time and they were very professional and at the end they picked up everything and left the space clean. We install a front door and will use them again to install the windows.i included the before and after pictures, we loved the final results.”

We have had a great experience working with Power for our windows. They were informative and showed us a great product.
