“After that awful storm came through I called k post for an evaluation. Davis came out same day for that evaluation and took pictures and gave me a comprehensive overview of just how bad that hail messed things up. He didn’t just leave it at that though, he helped me understand the claims process and made sure to be in touch with the insurance adjuster so they didn’t miss anything in terms of assessing the damage. They then provided me options with replacing the roof, and the pricing was super competitive, which I found kind of surprising given the quality of the product (certainteed climateflex class IV) and just them being such a big name in the DFW area. But o got some quotes from others just to be sure and yeah, was good pricing. The scheduling process was easy and they showed up bright and early in the day and had the roof completely torn down and replaced by 3 in the afternoon. The roof is very well done and looks great, they take a lot of care in how they implement and place the flashing and everything else to work well with your existing gutter system. There were a few minor issues but Jake the inspector noted them and also a few other things he wanted to address and is ”

“Don't use anyone else! 26 other companies came by before KPost and I didn't give any of them a minute of my time. Brooks Arrington came by and was so nice, I caved in and we climbed on the roof together. I had inspected it and having a class 4, felt pretty confident we came out good. But with it being the roof over my home... Brooks agreed after a thorough inspection. A few minor places, not worth a new roof for sure. Pointed out a couple things SuperRoof did wrong in installation but also a couple maintenance things I can do now. Thank you Brooks!”

They upgraded my home to a Class 3 roof and removed and reconnected the solar panels once the work was finished. They also improved my ventilation by extending the ridge vents and removing the interfering roof vents.”

I called them for a consultation a young man name Angel my opinion was heaven sent responded. He came out and explained the process, Insurance , warranty and materials to me. He was so patient . “Roof Inspection. Isaiah with KPost Roofing performed a free roof inspection after recent hailstorm yesterday. He took a good look around the house and on the roof. He also inspected the attic area. He did not find any issues with our roof. He did find a hole where critters may have been entering our attic. You often hear about roofing company salesmen who prey on the public after hailstorms. Isaiah was the absolute opposite. A perfect example of what a roofing company representative should be!”

“Great experience with Sam Garner and the rest of the team at K-post. We had a 16kW solar install on top of a 9 year old basic shingle that was hit by 3-4" hail. We replaced with a Class 3 shingle system with high profile ridges and it came out beautifully and gives us a higher level of confidence of future integrity in hail storms. They removed and replaced the solar neatly and cleanly without damage, minimizing total loss of production time, and replaced the broken panel as a certified Tesla Solar installer. They were clean with the job site and minimized their overall disruption. I have nothing negative to say about the company as a result. In fact, K-post had reached out with door to door sales nearly 6 months prior to the hail storm, but unlike EVERY OTHER roofing company that had come knocking on our door, they didn't immediately try to sell us on a new roof before even going up there. We instead asked for a quote on some minor repairs. They walked the roof and after it was clear we weren't interested in new, explained that the cost of a minor repair really didn't make sense given the overall condition of the roof. They gave us some ideas and suggestions if we wanted to DIY a”
