“Aero is the only A/C company that came out when my unit shut off in the summer time two years ago. Today Aero came out for my summer tune up. Aaron showed up on time. He’s very professional, courteous and did a very good job. My AC unit is in good hands! I recommend getting there twice a year tuneup plan for only $175. It’s well worth it. I’m not worried about it breaking down again. That piece of mind is priceless!”

“We have used Aero Design Systems for the last 5-6 years. They sold us a “top of the line” HVAC unit (without first seeing the house plans) and handled the installation of the unit (later finding out the pan was modified incorrectly to fit the small attic space). Since then, we’ve had numerous problems, costing us thousands of dollars since moving in 2 1/2 years ago. The service guys have done a solid job (Jose, Juan, Roger) up to this point. This post is specifically regarding Paul, who oversaw the install and is now the business manager. Most recently, we had a clog in our upstairs HVAC drain line. The line was blown out using “150-200 psi of pressure” which somehow created an overflow of water in the pan, leading to water damage on the living room ceiling drywall. We called, made an appointment (three days after the line was cleared), explaining that we had a water leak evidenced by a well demarcated discoloration in the drywall directly below the HVAC. Eventually, Paul (business manager) came over, walked in the door past my husband without introducing himself, was very condescending, and did not listen to either of us. Paul ultimately said the leak was not their fault becaus”

They were able to get out to us quickly after the weekend, diagnosed that our compressor needed to be replaced, and had everything repaired within two days of the initial diagnosis. “Called them around 3:30 in the afternoon to schedule a system check up since it wasn’t cooling right. They were able to have Aaron come out in just a couple hours. He checked the entire system and found a refrigerant leak and a couple other minor issues. He explained everything and let me know what he could do to fix the issues before doing anything. Everything fixed and charged back to spec before 6:30. From phone call to fix in 3 hours is impressive by any standard. Everyone I talked to was extremely helpful and friendly.”
