“Great experience all around. I was put in contact with Danny. He came out very quickly to take drone pictures of the roof. I got 3 estimates for different grades and warranties. The quote for the highest quality materials and best warranty was a great price!!! I paid $9,300 for the highest level and other roofing companies were quoting up to $26,000 for the same job with same quality materials and warranties. Job was completed in 1 day and communication was great. I didn’t have to pay until I signed off on the job. I received my warranty info by email after the job was complete and they even told me about a Veterans rebate when they found out I served!”

“Dalco put the roof on my new construction house in 2022. I’ve had 3 roof leaks and I have 2 different color shingles on my house. Newest leak being last week they say it’s a maintenance issue not their fault I’m on my own. You mean to tell me that my roof was installed perfectly and I’ve still had 3 roof leaks and I have 2 different color shingles? Between them and my builder they won’t own their mistakes or their no good for nothin subs. Pathetic”

“contractor did good , only suggestion it seemed most of the guys wanted to put down shingles instead of making sure the decking was clean and ready for shingles, they needed one person assigned to make sure alI nails were pulled and the paper was secure and ready for new singles. I spent two days up on the roof pulling nails and making sure the decking was clean and ready for new shingles, overall the job came out great”

I was overwhelmed how they cleaned the site at every stage in concert with their work. The windstorm agent/inspector told me I had one of the best crews in the Houston area as well. They discovered areas where my custom builder had missed protecting the eves, and sealed up and did repairs on potential trouble spots. “Definately recommend to everyone! The team at Dalco was phenomenal from start to end. They came out immediately to look at our roof and assess the damage and offered solutions for repairing and also gave us their honest opinion on how much longer our current roof life had left. We chose to just replace the entire roof, thank goodness they helped us make that decision! We had more damage then we expected and just repairing would of been costly versus investing in the new roof. “Zero stars: Never do business with Dalco Roofing. They were the ones our builder chose to install our roof 3 years ago. We have had multiple roof issues and they have come to fix 3 separate times, last time in April. Monday we suffered damage from Beryl and called them, they told us they were prioritizing current customers. Tuesday they call us to reassure us they are working on getting someone to check our roof, then they say someone will call us back wed, but no one did. We call wed and they say no record of us in their file but they will create one. Then today we call them and they say someone will call us to schedule a time to come look at our roof all while saying our warranty covers nothing now. They call again 5 min later saying they refuse to work with anyone now unless they are the builder on new construction homes. So now we start over trying to find a roofer. Update: I posted what happened on their Facebook page as it states for people to call them if they have roofing damage. They then removed my comment and blocked me. They then called us and said they could come out to give a free quote. When we said what happened they said that they are still working with people and ”
