Elite Soft

Elite Soft handles insulation jobs from League City, Texas. They focus on blow-in insulation for attics along with dryer vent cleaning, repair, and installation to cut fire risks and shorten drying times. The business takes on both homes and commercial buildings, with crews that handle the full process from assessment through completion.

Homeowners describe attics that ran too hot in the afternoons and left the rest of the house hard to cool. After the work, those spaces balanced out and the AC ran less. Other jobs fixed single rooms that stayed warmer than the rest of the house, whole-home insulation that lowered heating costs, and a commercial building that came out even. Reviewers named Auwal, Sophie, Rona, Santiago, and Selwyn noted clearer explanations upfront and visible temperature changes once the insulation was in place.

Crews explain options on site and answer questions without pressure. They finish jobs fast while keeping the work clean and complete, and customers say the process stays straightforward from the first call through final walkthrough. One review mentioned repeated appointment cancellations that forced the homeowner to chase updates. Service stays local to the area with no set hours listed beyond standard business times.

Most reviews highlight better comfort and lower energy use after the insulation work. A single low mark called out the scheduling problems. Google lists 4.9 from 63 reviews while the overall record sits at 4.6. DIRT Score 4.6 from N reviews on Finds.

“The attic used to get extremely hot during the afternoon, and it made it harder to keep the house comfortable. The team explained how proper insulation and attic ventilation could help manage the heat and gave me a clearer idea of what the home needed. I appreciated the practical advice and the time they took to answer my questions.”

“One room in the house always felt warmer than the others, especially in the afternoon. The team explained what needed improvement and did a thorough job. The room feels more comfortable now, and hopefully the AC won’t have to work as hard.”

“After scheduling 3 appointments for an estimate, 2 with Elite Soft and 1 with Blown Insulation (which Elite supposedly "took over"), the day OF and shortly before the 3rd appointment window when *I followed up, I was told "due to extenuating circumstances, our tech will not be able to provide service". The first time, day of the appointment again, I was essentially told they only wanted to give an estimate over the phone (at which time, they also canceled the appointment with Blown Insulation though I had no idea they were the same company ... 2 phone nos, 2 separate apptmts made). Then they said that had been a mistake by the office personnel and they should have sent someone out and the 3rd appointment was made. I have no idea why they made 3 appointments and then, only when I followed up the day of, did they tell me they weren't going to show up. What a waste of time for me since I could have scheduled other companies and not wasted all that time with these two.”
