“I’ve been to this Location a couple times and always had good service. So I’m not very good with plumbing went there this morning. Got a bunch of plumbing stuff and got to the job and realized it was all wrong so I went back. They were very helpful and I should’ve asked for their help this morning. But they allowed me to return everything and helped me get what I needed without any issues. If you need some plumbing parts, this is definitely the place to go.”

“A week before Christmas, the hot water heater starts leaking. Our Bradford had gone out after 30 years of service, and we had to get a new one. I chose to go to Ferguson because they were a supplier and sold Bradford directly to the public (Usually you have to go through a plumber to get a Bradford). Elaine was extremely helpful, educating me on what I was looking for and what to watch out for. I did my best to get the modern version of our same model, and she had politely warned me I might want to opt for the tall model that is skinny if ours is in the attic (Apparently all Houston area suburb attic entries are similarly sized..) The measurements were similar enough that I went ahead and got the short one. They only had one in stock in a beat up box, so she cut it open to show it to me just to make sure I could see what I was getting. It was 1/4 inch off from fitting (They were right)... SO! I bring back the heater the Monday before Christmas and, true to her word, they took it back, no hassle, no issues. The service Elaine and the team at Ferguson provided was extremely polite, professional, and educative. I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“The newer Moen 1222 cartridges are just a little larger in diameter than were the old ones. The woman at the register in League City was familiar with this problem and I was told to sand the cartridge for a few seconds until it slid in as it should. She was absolutely correct. If I had gone to a big box store I would have been told something else.”

“I purchased a water heater via the phone, because it was difficult to register online. I speak to one representative, trying to see if a Bradford white is in stock. They say it is in stock. Then I call back to make the purchase. A different representative says this brand is not in stock. My handyman is already headed towards the store. Later I was informed that the Bradford White water heater is actually in stock. Absolutely ridiculous. All this could have been avoided if they had the phone numbers to the local stores instead of having a corporate phone.”

“First of all I see a one star review because they only sell to contractors. This is very normal for these types of supply houses. If your not a contractor then Lowe's or Home Depot is the best options out there for bigger supply chains. I personally only deal with the HVAC side but my experience has always been amazing. Friendly staff that is knowledgeable in HVAC, clean and organized sales floor, every visit I'm reminded about their price matching which they are very happy to do and if I call which a question and they don't know off the top of their head they take my number down and promptly call me back.”
