Michelle was great in answering all my questions and was always available by phone, answered all my emails promptly and was friendly and helpful. “We have been with this company for three years, using them for pest and lawn service. Recently they serviced my yard and sprayed for weeds, week later, the weeds were multiplying. I called and they sent a technician back out for a courtesy re-spray. We asked that the technician speak with us when he arrive, but he did not, all we received was a text saying he had serviced my lawn. Another week and the weeds are still multiplying, I called to see if someone could contact me to discuss the problem and if they would make this issue right and they agreed but I would have to pay this time. I was disappointed that the company did not own up to their agreement to rid my yard of weeds. So unfortunately I decided to cancel my service.”

“Horrible. Hired to clean rock garden of weeds and debris/ they did a crappy job, I called shortly after and sent pictures by email and emailed again but received no response. Awful zero stars do not recommend. Cancelling them and going elsewhere. .”

“First, I must say that ABC Pest Services hires amazing professionals. Their knowledge and problem solving skills make all the difference when you are dealing with animal or insect invaders in your home. Then, the respectful kindness of their technician's exceeds all of your expectations. We began using ABC Pest in 2016 during a very difficult time when my mother was in hospice at home. She had been sick for a while with cancer and her home was in bad shape. We had bugs, mice and squirrels to deal with. The ABC technician had to come in the home a few times to treat these multiple problems. He was so kind, quiet and yet knowledgable how to remove the problems without adding toxins to the air in our home for my mother. It has been 10 years since she passed away. And, we have never stopped using ABC services. Our current technician is Alfonzo Ward. When it comes to using pest control chemicals on our property from outdoor and indoor pests, Al is someone I trust completely in my home around my children and 4 dogs. “We will always use ABC! This company truly cares about their customers and their employees. We are so happy with the pest control service. We had a ton of wasp nests pop up at once, I called that evening and ABC was here next day! Then four days later I found a wasp nest by the front door and called them. Ryan Smith was here in one hour. Ryan’s willingness to explain things, patience when answering questions, and knowledge of the products being used was really appreciated and impressive. “I have been paying for mole service for over a year and nothing the company has done has eliminated the moles. I am told different reasons why the moles are not gone like: They need to be active when the tech is on property which is early in the morning yet the tech is always coming after that time period. I am told that poison items are laid out to kill the mole on top of the carbon monoxide pumped into the ground yet no results. I am told the mole needs to be pushed into neighbors yard which has not happened. I am told that I should not step on the mounds after the gas has been pumped into the ground by one tech, and then another tech states I should step on the raise mounds. I am told it is normal for results to take time but nobody can tell me how long it will be to see results. I have spent $100s upon $100s on the eradication process but no results. Don't waste your money on this service, it does not work.”

“After 15+ years as a customer, I have unfortunately decided to cancel all services with ABC Pest Control. For most of those years, I had very few complaints. However, over the last several years, the quality of service has steadily declined. My final issue involved discovering a large, established mouse nest on my patio while actively paying for rodent control services. My concern was never that technicians failed to inspect inside my grill. My concern was that finding a significant rodent nesting site while paying for rodent prevention should have prompted a serious discussion about the effectiveness of the current treatment plan and what could be done to address the issue moving forward. Instead, I was repeatedly told that this was not something the company could control. During conversations with both management and field leadership, I received no apology, no ownership of my concerns, and no clear solution. What disappointed me most was the dismissive attitude and lack of urgency regarding a problem that had developed while I was paying for rodent control services. Ironically, the most positive interaction I had throughout this entire experience occurred when I called to can”

Austin S was new tech this quarter (to me) and loved his thoroughness and attention to many things around the house - sweeping for spider webs, checking the termite bait, and being sure the bugs are blocked.
