“Thank you so much to Pineapple Roofing LLC for working with me and my insurance to replace my roof from hail damage and almost falling apart!! The team was very professional, nice and easy to work with. Also, very quick on response times and keeping me in the loop of everything going on. They knew exactly what materials were needed and which shingles I needed to upgrade due to avoid future hail damage. They even worked around my travel schedule and being out of town, making sure that the process went smoothly with no issues. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything that needed attention was going to get fixed or upgraded. The team was punctual for every meeting and on the scheduled repair date. They communicated clearly on every step of the process. Thank you to Lance, for recommending me to work with Pineapple Roofing and connecting me to a great contractor on the team- Jr. Also, thank you to James, the roof technician, for coming by and working with my insurance agent to oversee everything getting approved and making sure I knew all the logistics that needed to happen. Thank you to the Pineapple Roofing team and the guys once again for spectacular customer servic”
