Tri County

Tri County runs insulation work from Magnolia Texas at the listed address and focuses on spray foam jobs for homes and offices. Corey leads the crew and Brian joins on some projects. They apply spray foam to whole structures during remodels and seal hidden air leaks in existing buildings including spots between floors. The team also adds fire retardant paint on ceilings when the job calls for it.

Homeowners call them in to stop humid air from coastal spots pulling into cooled spaces and to insulate offices so the building holds temperature better. One crew found every leak point in a two story house and sealed them so the air conditioner could finally manage humidity. Other jobs involve full spray foam installs that cut energy use along with quick fixes that leave the space ready for use right away.

The crew gets bids out fast stays on schedule and finishes with a clean site every time. Reviewers note the work runs efficient and the pricing stays reasonable while the service stays professional from the first call through the end. They handle jobs that include both new installs and repairs on existing insulation problems.

All eight reviews rate the company at five stars and the main points that come up are strong customer service solid results on the foam work and the crew acting professional throughout. Google shows a five star mark though with zero reviews counted there so far.

“Corey and his Tri County team fixed our coastal home that had been pulling humid beach air into the air conditioned space for a long time - even between the first and second floors which was a neat trick to find!
