Elite Attic Masters - Air Duct Cleaning & Insulation

Elite Attic Masters handles insulation work along with air duct cleaning and AC and heating services from its base in Missouri City, Texas. Two brothers own the company and lead jobs that cover insulation removal and installation using fiberglass, cellulose, or spray foam, plus air sealing, duct replacement, dryer vent cleaning, and related HVAC repairs. They cover Missouri City along with Sugar Land, Richmond, and Pearland. Customers reach them by phone or through their site to book inspections and work.

Homeowners call them for old or contaminated insulation that needs full removal before new material goes in, duct systems that require cleaning or replacement to fix airflow and odors, and dryer vents blocked by buildup. Reviewers describe cases where crews replaced flex ducts, added a custom plenum box with a UV light, installed a solar attic fan, and sealed ceiling penetrations. Technicians named Guy, Carlos, Axel, Oscar, William, and Marco handled the tasks, showed the before and after conditions in the attic, and completed work that improved air quality and reduced strain on HVAC equipment. One job involved deep cleaning of motors, coils, and boxes in a home where allergies were a concern.

They respond fast, often the next day even after a Saturday call, and stick to scheduled times with clear updates along the way. Quotes come without added charges, and prices stay in line with what other bids showed. Crews cover furniture, clean up every bit of debris, and invite the homeowner to inspect the finished attic before leaving. Jobs run in attics during hot conditions yet finish on the same day or within a few hours, and service stays limited to the listed local towns.

“I reached out to Elite Attic on a Saturday and was impressed by how quickly they responded. They came out the very next day to inspect my attic and address the issues and concerns I had. Guy was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything while showing me exactly what needed attention. By Monday evening, they had already installed a new plenum box and new AC ductwork along with a UV light system. By Friday afternoon, the solar attic fan was installed as well. The entire process was smooth and efficient. Guy and his crew demonstrated excellent customer service and craftsmanship throughout the entire project. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.”

“We recently had our air ducts replaced and overall had a great experience. The work looks very clean, and I love how fresh my house smells now. During the job, an unexpected issue came up, but the team took full responsibility and were very persistent in making sure everything was handled and fixed properly. They didn’t stop until I was completely satisfied. I really appreciated their professionalism and commitment to making it right.”

“I went through five contractors before finally choosing Elite Attic Masters, and I’m so glad I did. I selected them not only for their reasonable pricing, but also for their strong knowledge and expertise. The company is owned by two young brothers who are professional, responsive, and clearly take pride in their work. They provided quotes quickly with no hidden or extra charges, and their willingness to work hard really stood out. As Guy told me, “We take care of the tree, not just the fruits,” which perfectly reflects their approach. They were easy to work with from start to finish. I had both duct cleaning and insulation replacement done, and they sent two crews who worked a full day to complete the job thoroughly. I’m very pleased with the quality of their work and highly recommend them.”

“Excellent service from Elite Attic Masters! Guy was very respectful, knowledgeable, and involved from the beginning! The crew did an excellent job and had respect for my home by cleaning up ALL of their mess that was made, and covered all my furniture to keep from getting insulation dust all over it. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get their attic insulation re-done or installed.”

“Requested Elite Attic Masters for estimate to remove old insulation and install new insulation. Guy came as scheduled, surveyed the attic, took measurements and provided estimate. The estimate was reasonable and after checking other reviews of their work, I decided to go with them. They did not disappoint. Guy and his crew showed up as scheduled and completed the work within the scheduled period. The crew did a great job. I inspected the attic after insulation removal and again upon completion of installation of new insulation. I am very pleased and satisfied with the work. Their prices are fair and reasonable and quality of work is excellent. I highly recommend them.”

“Guy and his team are very professional, informative, thorough, and have the best prices for insulation removal and replacement. I had several companies inspect the attic for contaminated insulation removal. The attic was in shambles. Guy offers free inspections, and his quote included all the services the exorbitantly-expensive other companies were going to provide. His team did an excellent job. Upon completion, they invited me into the attic to give my final approval, and they left my house spotless when they were done. I’m very happy with Elite Attic Masters. Prices are excellent, service is top notch, they are punctual, and work so very hard to do things the right way. I highly recommend!”

“Guy is that guy. From the moment I made the call for the first time and until the job was completed, I was super satisfied. Most people don't know how critical attic conditions and air leakage affect your comfort and make your HVAC equipment work overtime. Thanks Elite , I noticed a big difference right away. Highly recommend guy and his team !”

“Decided to go with Elite Attic Masters for dryer vent cleaning after combing through tons of reviews online. I’m so glad I did!! Even with a last-minute schedule shift, their communication was concise and proactive. They arrived first thing the next day to make it right and finished the job quickly without cutting any corners on quality. Professional, honest, reasonably priced, and highly skilled. I had such a great experience and it’s rare to find a business this honest and professional. I’ll definitely be using them again!”

“Very professional, on time. Did a great job with the insulation replacement and solar fan installation.”

“I can’t recommend Guy and the crew at Elite Attic Masters enough. They were on time, easy to communicate with, and very professional throughout the whole process. They took the time to explain everything and made sure we felt comfortable with the work being done. We had flex duct replacement, a full system deep cleaning, a custom plenum box installed, and a UV light added at our home in Missouri City. The work was very detailed, they cleaned everything thoroughly, sealed it properly, and made sure the system was running the way it should. You can really feel the difference in the air quality and overall performance of the system. It’s clear they care about doing the job right and not cutting corners. Highly recommend them to anyone in Missouri City or the Houston area looking for air duct or HVAC work.”

“wanted my hvac system cleaned in the attic because I had a lot of allergy issues and I’m also immunocompromised. Guy and his crew were very thorough with the cleaning, they cleaned the motor, coils and all the boxes (there was a lot of dirt and growth)-they showed me physically first before they cleaned it. They also had me inspect post-cleaning before they sealed the ducts and plenums back. I had a bad experience before with a different company years before so l asked a lot of questions, Guy was very good and gracious about the whole thing. Overall process took four hours which was pretty quick and also considering it was super hot in the attic. The two crewmen (Carlos and Axel-unsure of their names) were hardworking and cleaned up nicely.”

“So easy to work with and did a great job on our dryer vent!! Guy was very professional and friendly. They were quick to respond on Yelp and easy to contact through phone. They gave us a free quote after a quick inspection and did not pressure us to hire them. We are very glad we decided to go with them for services. Guy was able to come the next day and finish the work in about 30 minutes. Would recommend them to everyone!”

“The technician was very polite and right on time. He even asked for a basket and he cleaned out all the stuff that had fallen in between and behind the dryer! Great company, great communication, and great service!”

“I had a great experience with this dryer vent cleaning company. Although I did have to reschedule my original appointment, their communication throughout the process was excellent and very professional. They called ahead of arrival and even offered a free, no-obligation estimate, which I really appreciated. The pricing was fair and flexible, and they were willing to work with me to find something reasonable. During the service, they were polite, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable about what they were doing. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing dryer vent cleaning.”
