Dz Roofing

Dz Roofing runs as a family owned operation in Pasadena Texas with more than thirty years of combined experience on roofing projects. The company takes on full replacements along with repairs for storm or wind damage and works to match client budgets and timelines on every job. Crews and office staff keep a professional approach both on site and off with the goal of delivering durable results that protect homes and investments. They handle permits and paperwork as part of the process and manage projects of varying sizes without issue.

Homeowners describe roof replacements completed after insurance claims or sudden damage with Abel often leading the initial inspection and quote. He and his team patched a hole free of charge in one case to stop further problems before the main work started and followed up on city and HOA details without extra steps for the client. Silver explained needed fixes and coordinated with insurers to cover everything while crews finished entire roofs in a single day or a day and a half even when extra storms hit. Some jobs included gutter swaps or other exterior items and reviewers note the crews stayed courteous throughout.

They respond quickly to quote requests and adjust around work or vacation windows so the job fits tight schedules. Communication stays steady from the first call through completion with clear explanations of each step and fair pricing for the materials and labor. Sites get covered with tarps and wraps on air units to contain debris and nails then get left spotless once the day ends. The address sits at 1106 Witter St and the work reaches nearby areas based on who has hired them.

Feedback shows consistent marks for quality replacements on time arrivals and clean finishes with helpful staff who answer questions and keep things moving. The Google listing carries a five star mark though no reviews appear there yet while other comments return again to professional crews and solid results on storm related fixes.

“We had roof damage from the wind storm and had a hole in our roof. We called DZ roofing for an estimate on a total roof replacement. We met with Abel and he was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. We received a fair estimate but still had other roofing companies we were waiting on. Abel and his dad took it upon themselves to come and patch up our roof so we wouldn’t incur any further damage. They did this free of charge and without being asked. To us this spoke volumes and was the deciding factor in our choosing DZ roofing. They came and replaced our roof the following week and we are very impressed with their work. I would highly recommend their service to anyone needing any kind of roof repair. 5 STARS!! C. Martinez and family”
