Performance Contracting Inc

Performance Contracting Inc takes on insulation projects from their base in Pasadena, Texas. They work as a specialty contractor focused on industrial, commercial, and non-residential markets, supplying both services and materials for those sectors. The company positions itself as a single-source option by offering related lines of work that tie together on bigger jobs. Their insulation systems cover building applications, cryogenic needs, mechanical installations, power facilities, and refining or chemical plants, along with connected offerings such as fireproofing, scaffolding, and industrial cleaning that keep projects moving without splitting the work across multiple outfits.

Customers turn to them for commercial and industrial insulation and related tasks. One reviewer named Moespokedreamshop1.0 called them the best outfit for meeting those kinds of expectations and getting solid outcomes. Mario described a quick process at a download location with friendly staff on hand. Yanieska said outright that she loves the company. Donald ran into a different situation when site rules on animals led to extra steps with the guard and some back and forth before he could finish his load. These accounts show the range of day-to-day interactions people have when dealing with the crews.

The outfit handles jobs across industrial and commercial sites, with reviewers noting straightforward dealings and fast turns on certain loads. Communication comes through in the form of on-site help once inside the gates, and the focus stays on getting the insulation and supporting work done without extra layers. Service stays tied to the Pasadena area and the markets they list, with hours and access shaped by plant and facility schedules rather than standard retail times. Pricing and response details stay limited to what shows up in the feedback, which centers on practical results over anything else.

The record includes a Google rating of 4.3 from 32 reviews, with topics that repeat around industrial and commercial insulation performance plus occasional notes on site access rules. DIRT Score 3.4 from N reviews on Finds.

“This place hates animals. Dont even think about bringing one on the property in your truck. I came to load fertilizer and was told to take the dog someplace else. I took my dog to a boarding house. When I came back the guard wanted to know want I did with my pet. I told her he wasn’t in the truck. She went back into her guard booth and said find your own way. So I came into the plant property and wondered around until I found someone to help me. They don’t want animals on the property but want to know where the animal is being boarded. Then when you don’t tell them the boarders location and they verify the animal isn’t on the truck the guard gets mad and tells customers to go wander the property to find someone to help because without boarding info she can’t help”
