“I highly recommend Bay Area Roofers, Inc. for any roofing or custom patio project. We recently replaced our 18-year-old roof and decided it was the perfect time to finally build the custom covered patio we’ve dreamed of since buying the house. After receiving several quotes and a solid referral, we chose Bay Area Roofers, and it was the best decision we could have made. From the start, Karl provided a wealth of information regarding our options, coordination, and timing. Both Karl and Herminio, the foreman, flawlessly managed the entire process. They coordinated both projects so efficiently that as soon as the framing was complete, the roofing crew was ready to step in. They were incredibly responsive—both onsite and offsite—and stayed ahead of every question we had. They even went the extra mile by connecting us with their gutter specialists to extend our existing system. Their pricing is competitive, but their quality of work is truly beyond excellent. The customer service from the entire crew and staff was world-class!”

“We suspected we had some hail damage after an overnight storm several months ago. Riley Tidwell with Bay Area Roofers gave us a free inspection and detailed quote, with several suggested upgrade options (all accepted). Thanks to a generous TWIA payout our new GAF roof was completed today. Excellent experience, beautiful job, attentive cleanup. I can highly recommend this company for roof replacement. Will be talking to them again about an exterior painting project.”

“I really want you to share my experience with the world about Bay Area roofers they came out gave me a quote were very friendly and very professional. I will truly be choosing them again for a future project. I Highly recommend Bay Area roofers thank you so much for the whole team to Aaron and Gabriel as well”

“Bay Area Roofers did a great job with our roof. We had a raccoon burrow into our roof after some heavy rain. Aside from needing to repair the damage, it brought up a concern for any rotted wood that might be on the roof. Riley was very helpful during the bid process and answered all our questions. A nice bonus was that the job was scheduled sooner than expected; Sam was very helpful and helped us get scheduled quickly. On the day of the job, Herminio and Santiago were very helpful in directing their crew. They also let me know about some fascia that they recommended we replace, which we did as they showed some signs of rot. They also did a nice update to the garage roof by adding a vent to it. Overall, we’re very happy with the work that Bay Area Roofers has done for us and are relieved in the greater trust that we can have in our roof. Thank you Bay Area Roofers!”

“Five stars for Bay Area Roofers! The entire process was extremely smooth from start to finish. Karl provided a clear and thorough estimate and explained the materials being used as well as the warranties around both the materials and the workmanship. Sam did a great job with scheduling, confirming colors, etc. and Herminio did a great job managing the work onsite. The quality of the roof looks excellent, and reflects not only the quality materials but most of all the experience of the installers and those managing the project. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Highly recommend!”

“Bay Area Roofers did a great job on my roof replacement. The entire process was smooth from the time I first spoke to one of there estimators about replacing the roof, the proposal was structured well, all of my questions were answered throughout the job and ultimately the one day turnaround on the roof. I highly recommend using them for your roof repairs and or replacement.”

“When I say our roof looks legit and done professionally with workers who care..👏🏾 I'm am so tight with my money but we needed a new roof. We didn't only get a new roof, we got all new siding that got painted, and new seamless gutters. Top notch quality, I didn't even think I could afford. They gave us a quote with a catalog book of shingles. More than enough Infomation we needed. They made sure even after the work was done everything was cleaned up, trash taking away and no work for us. Even running the magnets several times through the yard to pick up any missing nails. All different crews respectfully took care of our property.. I would say they did step on my husband's plants but plants will grow back we got a new roof.. Time took a total of one week. April 24.25 - May 1.25 Thursday they did siding, Saturday they painted,Tuesday roof and Thursday Gutters. There was a different crew for each part a crew of people for siding, a crew of people for painting, a crew of people for the roof and a crew for gutters. Karl Bergman, explained everything in detail and made sure we new the ins and outs of what we were getting into. Hermino Escoto, made sure that the job was done correct and w”

“These days, everyone is a roofer & there's no licensing requirements. "Roofers" are running around ripping the roofs off houses & slapping new ones on. Then, they're gone & you're left with what is most likely a questionable covering for your most valuable asset. Thank you Bay Area Roofers for being honest, efficient, quick, knowledgeable, & not ripping me off. This is the first time I've used yall & Caesar was great! I will be calling yall for all my future needs!”

“Bay Area Roofers completed what we’d call a large scale maintenance project on our home which included replacing wood with HP, painting, new roof installation and gutters. They were amazing from start to finish, including the initial sales contact, actual work and follow up and customer service to ensure all needs were met. I highly recommend them.”

“The Bay Area Roofers, Inc. Team is AMAZING! From the initial quote with Riley Tidwell to Gabriel Salvador’s final inspection, the communication, craftsmanship and professionalism was exceptional! We are very pleased and highly recommend Bay Area Roofers, Inc.”

“I highly recommend Bay Area Roofers, they installed a new roof on our home several years ago. It was a great experience, today I called and spoke to Riley regarding options for a solar roof vent, he explained all options and answered all of my questions. Now I can make a educated decision!”

“For our first major construction project, I wish I could give Bay Area Roofers 6 stars. Very communicative, professional, clean, and FAST! You can see in the second picture I posted how clean everything was after day 1 of demolition! We had our back patio cover redone and it was more than we ever thought was possible. We got several quotes for this project, Bay Area Roofers was right in the middle. But I'm so glad we went with them because the amount of work they put into just obtaining a permit from the city was pretty amazing. Karl was our sales guy and he was great too. Armenio was our project manager and he responded very quickly to any questions, concerns, or issues. Thank you Bay Area Roofers!”

“Bay Area Roofers did an outstanding job on my patio cover. They handled all the permitting, construction, electrical, and painting, and I didn’t have to deal with any issues throughout the entire process. I had a few last minute changes that they handled perfectly. Highly recommend this company for any patio cover installations.”

“Carl came out and inspected my roof and came back with a good honest price. The crew was amazing and professional as well. They even removed my old chimney that was causing leaks the day before the roof was installed.”

“Bay Area roofers was great. Aaron Quickly diagnose the problem and had someone here the next day to fix it. Would Highly recommend This company for any and all roofing issues”

“Bay Area Roofers did a great job on my home. They were very competitive on their price. They arrived right on time, worked hard all day and were done that afternoon. They protected my windows and plants, cleaned up everything. It looks great. Would definitely recommend them to others.”

“I had Bay Area Roofers install my patio after a wonderful experience with them on my roofing job. The entire process was easy and handled very well. They did all the city permits all I had to do was my HOA approval. They finished on time as promised and did quality work. The most IMPORTANT thing is I didn't pay a dime until they finished and we did a final walk through. That is rare these days.”

“I recently had my roof replaced and new gutters installed by Bay Area Roofers, and from start to finish it was an outstanding experience. The entire team delivered top-quality work and true professionalism. Aaron was an absolute pleasure to work with. His communication was impeccable, and he made me feel confident and well taken care of throughout the entire process. It’s clear they use high-quality materials, and the attention to detail in the finished product really shows. Cesar oversaw the installation and kept me informed every step of the way on installation day. He brings incredible energy, stays on top of everything, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied. He also has a great attitude and makes you feel like part of the family. After reading so many five-star reviews and getting recommendations from family and friends, I felt confident choosing Bay Area Roofers—and they absolutely did not disappoint. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing or gutter work.”

“I couldn't be happier! Completed phase 1 last year and phase 2 last week. Siding replaced with Hardiplank, beautiful paint, and installed gutters. Professional team, wonderful customer service, and Hector's pride and care in painting is incomparable! Thank you Bay Area Roofers!”

“We couldn't be happier with the job Bay Area Roofers did on our house. They replaced the roof, all siding, eaves, soffits, gutters five windows, and painted the entire house. We were impressed with everyone we dealt with. Karl, the salesman, was very professional, always responsive, and everything happened exactly as he said it would. Herminio, Cesar, and all the guys we spoke with made it very clear that they take a lot of pride in their workmanship and in doing the job right. We got a total of four bids on the roof, and Bay Area Roofers was the lowest, but we feel the quality was second to none. They use Sherwin Williams for their paint, and we had one of their designers come to the house for a nominal fee to help with our paint selections. BAR has made it abundantly clear that they will be in the area for the long haul and will fix any issue that may arise with the work performed. If you're looking for a company that you can trust to provide great value, this is it.”
