“We had a great experience with Urban Jungle Wildlife Removal. Stefan came out for an inspection and was incredibly helpful and professional. He took the time to explain everything in detail, walked us through the situation, and made sure we fully understood what was going on and what the next steps would be. We were dealing with both an opossum and a rodent issue, and thanks to his clear explanations and hands-on approach, he was able to quickly identify and resolve the problem. He was also very friendly, patient, and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience much less stressful. Highly recommend!”

“Chris is great. Easy to communicate with and does a good job. Very knowledgeable about critters and just about any outdoor project you can think of. Highly recommend!”

“Urban Jungle Wildlife Removal has very effectively removed access to our home that rats, possums, and raccoons had been using. They are thorough, knowledgeable, dependable, polite, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended for both removal and monthly refilling of bait stations.”

“Thomas was thorough, paid attention to every detail, and made sure I felt confident that the job was done right. It’s refreshing to work with someone who truly cares about providing exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Urban Jungle Wildlife Removal. Thomas did an excellent job, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He was especially friendly, respectful, and went above and beyond! Thank you Thomas!”

“I have received by far the best pest control service with Urban Jungle. I was having a wasp issue inside my home... totaling about 20+ wasps found indoors. I've had several different pest control companies including "specialized" services to address the issue and after several hundreds of dollars spent... the wasps still came back. It wasn't until Thomas from Urban Jungle came that finally solved my issue... for good. For that reason, I will continue using Urban Jungle for my pest control. Highly recommend!!!”

“We had an excellent experience with Marshall at Urban Jungle Wildlife. He was punctual, right on time, and extremely knowledgeable. We received several quotes from other companies, but ultimately chose Urban Jungle because of Marshall’s professionalism and thoroughness. He went above and beyond taking detailed pictures and videos and even getting up on the roof to make sure nothing was missed. His attention to detail and clear communication gave us total confidence in our decision. Highly recommend Marshall and Urban Jungle Wildlife!”

“My new home of 9 months had been home to animals (in the attic) for who knows how many months before. My wife & I would hear them scurry about at night while we were in bed. Once, an animal had knocked down a venting fan in the bathroom (held in place by metal clips) so that gives you an idea of how heavy they were. I had asked two companies to analyze our issue and only UJWR worked with me on sealing up the access points-I wanted the home builder to do the sealing for multiple reasons but it also saves money too. Not only did they help me save money, UJWR worked directly with the home builder to seal the access points properly with the occasional inspections. The home builder was usually not punctual, hard to get a response from and did shotty work. UJWR was the opposite-they were very reliable. It's been about half a year since our treatment and I haven't heard animal noises. I interfaced with just one person from UJWR, Stefan. He was communicable, understanding, knowledgeable and he did what he said he would do. If you have a problem with unwanted animals on your property or in your home then I would recommend this company to remove them and to keep them out.”

“Very responsive and easy to work with! Will absolutely use their services again in the future!”

“I highly recommend Urban Jungle Wildlife Removal. Stefan and Thomas are knowledgeable, provide timely service, and are hard working. I trust that they are committed to helping me solve my unwanted critter problem!”

“I had the pleasure of working with Chris to get some bats removed from my home. I had been hearing what I thought were little feet on my roof since 2018. (Birds, I thought). This year is when I found out it was bats. After calling several places and having one flake on me. I found Urban Jungle Wildlife Removal. Chris came out and immediately recognized the noises as bats. Not birds...LOL He explained thoroughly what he needed to do and how long it would take. He even came out when one of the pieces was knocked down by some bats. I appreciate his professionalism and dedication to his craft. I highly recommend this company and give them a EXCELLENT MARK!!!!”

“We couldn't appreciate Stefan more! He is exceptionally knowledgeable, very professional, and as open and friendly as can be. We have been very impressed with his capabilities and his effectiveness, and will certainly not hesitate to recommend Urban Jungle to everyone else in the area!”

“Urban Jungle is great! We had a family of raccoons move in our bedroom wall and we had no idea how to get them out. Stephan rolled in, explained everything to us, and had them out in a couple of days without causing any further damage.”

“Marshall is awesome and took the time to walk me through the footprints in my attic, what they were and how we were going to get these squirrels to relocate back outside. Thank you Marshall!”

“We've been a customer of Urban Jungle for a few years. We became a customer through some rodent activity in our attic. We worked with Thomas and he was out here until the problem was resolved. We've continued to be a customer for monthly maintenance and they've(Anthony) been extremely thorough and responsive to our needs when emergencies come up. Today in fact I heard activity in our chimney and they came out to check the chimney and help us manage the entry points. Could not recommend enough.”

“Stephan was very responsive and did a great drop of walking through all the steps of the process to catch the raccoon and also why it is important to prevent a future incursion. While not inexpensive, they were very thorough and did a good job repairing the damage caused by the animal and future proofing the attic as well.”

“We can’t recommend Urban Jungle Wildlife Removal enough! After some misinformation and treatment from another company, Stefan came out and took care of our problem promptly and correctly and was prompt in correspondence. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field, and provided great information about what he was doing throughout the whole process. 5 star service from a great small business!”

“Anthony was the absolute best. He did an amazing job diagnosing and fixing the problem. After calling several companies in the area to remove a dead animal from our attic Anthony was the only one who could do it quickly, efficiently and at the most affordable price. I highly recommend! If you are having issues with wild critters this company is the best in the area. Superb customer service!!”

“Highly recommend, Stefan is so great! He's very pleasant and informativehe's even patiently answered my little boys' questions about critters. We called because we heard noises in our walls that turned out to be rats. We are still in the process of eradicating them, but apparently there are quite a few! Stefan has had to make multiple trips out to our house and even came out the evening before he left for vacation for an unscheduled call (dead rat smell). I have full confidence that we will get rid of all our rats. Meanwhile, the activity has drastically decreased. Thank you Stefan!”

“I've been using Urban Jungle for over a year now and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The staff is friendly and are always on schedule. I'm very happy with my choice and highly recommend you giving them a try if you're shopping around.”

“These guys are good! They carefully evaluate all the problems, ensure all the problem animals are out, then seal and sanitize the area. They follow up to make sure the problem is solved! I cannot recommend Urban Jungle enough. I am one very happy and satisfied client, having used Urban Jungle for two separate issues.. Allan Stephens Houston, Texas”
